Days Inn by Wyndham Austintown

Shower was old and broke down Bedding came pre stained for our amusement Not enough towels in the room and housekeeping had no extras available to us could only exchange our dirty for clean. The property had tall grass, looked run down and abandoned We tried to communicate this to the staff but there was never anybody at the desk and no one answered the phones.

nothing We couldn't even stay there. Drugs in the parking lot, cockroaches on the floor, holes in the wall. building falling apart.

Very outdated. The cleanest was terrible. They don’t give you Bed pillows. Lamps were rusted

Did not stay. Filthy, trash everywhere, bugs and black mold. Our entire team booked her and all had to find other Locations. Site needs removed. Everything

That they gave us our money back!! There were bed bugs!! The sheets were not changed, genuinely run down, the upstairs balcony looked as if the floor was gonna give way!! Do yourself a favor and do not book this motel

Price was reasonable It was unclean Tiles were broken Burn marks on the bathtubs

Room had Bad odor of cigarette smoke. Linen was dingy. Stairs was roped off gutters fallen men sitting in parking lot all night drinking. I had to go to Walmart to get vent clips to help smell along with bed linen and towels and wash clothes. Staff said they would refund money for room then when I left changed mind and refused to. Would NEVER stay there again. Pictures and staff very misleading.

Terrible room conditions but nice staff

The only good thing about this hotel was that it was halfway on my journey, and that’s not even the hotel’s fault. The parking lot is pothole central, low cars beware. I get into my room, and everything seems to be fine at first. Then I start really looking. Half the towels had black spots or hairs on them, the bedsheet and pillows were in the same state. Stains on the chair, faulty outlets. I know I saved a buck staying here, but wow standards have really really gone down.

Room was clean. There was no pool. Most of the hotel was under reconstruction. Their appeared to be long term renters there. They charge you a cash deposit that is not listed on booking.com. If you forget to pick it up, they won't give it back. Parking lot has potholes everywhere.

This property looks like it’s ready to be shut down. Extremely run down. Nothing worked, no ice, you have to go through three doors outside to get the elevator. I’m done with cheap hotels! You get what you pay for. Stains on the bedding, toilet paper stuck through the peep-hole on door, walls with child scribbling all over. I chose this for the location which was close to a greenway and that was nice

The parking lot had pot holes to avoid. Other than that, the room 149 was clean and the heat a~c was very clean. Great bed n shower. Seemed safe but not a lot of guests..maybe because breakfast was not offered. Price for me with Hotel site was $58.00 So ok but the pool not open. Agood night's rest for sure. Pleasant evening clerk, although morning person could have attended to his hair. But he was very pleasant. A busy highway intersection with 76 entrance blocked. Good Waze gps around through the countryside to get back on going west. Decent places to eat nearby. Adult video place nearby is fun with travelers and truckers. (* not for everyone, but was fun*) I believe in giving great sauna, massage place reviews as this is a local hangout. Safe travels all.

Do not recommend staying at any Days Inn located in Youngstown, Austintown. Very unsanitary and buildings have an unusual smell. Very outdated buildings, rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, linen doesn’t get changed/washed. Unexpected fees when you check in that are not mentioned online. Health department needs to be called and business need to be shut down.

Nothing Everything

Nothing. It was dirty and smelled of weed and smoke from the moment you walked in the lobby. The room smelled even more of weed and smoke. The linens were stained and had burn holes. We had 4 throw pillows for our king bed. No standard size or king size pillows. Holes in walls and ripped furniture and stained carpet. At least 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower.

No room sercice. No breakfast. Lobby doors locked. Room need major renovation. Had to ask for a towel. Poll covered and not in use over 3 days.

Look at the ratings I just provided. The bed was never changed. The towels never changed and were old and actually shredding. The room was not cleaned. The TV was limited and not easy to use to locate channels. Most of the stations stated no signal and was limited on availability. The front desk was polite and available. I will not stay again or recommend to anyone. The price was good but would have paid more if it met better standards in all areas.

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and tried his best to make us comfortable with what his employer gives him to work with! This place was absolutely disgusting from entrance to hallway , laundry facilities were open however every machine was labeled out of order, vending machines didn't work, and the 'room' we were placed in was the nastiest thing I've seen at a property in a very long time! The trash from sweeping was left behind the bathroom door which I understand forgetting while mopping your way out of the bath room but they for sure have never mopped there, ever. The sheets were still dirty as was there a nasty wet pillow shoved between the bed and wall, microwave has never been wiped down let alone cleaned properly, the out side of the building is actually okay in the sense of appearance
