Hampton Inn by Hilton Youngstown-West I-80

There were people partying outside our room late at night. I went down to the front desk to complain and they handled the situation quickly.

Clean, quiet

The staff was helpful as we checked in and after we'd checked out and discovered we'd left my cane in the room. The young man at the desk made it possible for us to retrieve it and be on our way without spending a lot of time. Everything we needed for breakfast was available with someone there to help if we needed something.It appeared that the interior had recently been refurbished and looked very nice and contemporary.

Nothing Required a $ 50.00 deposit after payment for room, was promised return and still haven't gotten it!

I've been here several times before. The property was sold to a new buyer, they are renovating. I needed the accessible room. It was the only one available, as the one on the second floor being rehabbed. Tuesday afternoon I was trying rest and they were grinding on the floor just above me. I called the front desk and I was told there was nothing they could do. I ended getting terrible headache from the noise. I think if they knew they would have someone needing the only accessible room available, they would given the workers a heads up. I was only there a few days, and I'm not sure I'll return. As above. I usually sleep in and it wasn't possible the last 2 days because of the workers.

Clean rooms and nice hotel however being close to I 80 interstate highway the windows should have been better quality to keep the highway noise out!The noise of the traffic was continuous through out the night!

We had a pleasant and restful night.

The room was clean; however, had some issues with the air condition. The breakfast was excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Had some construction going on but we were informed about what time they start in the morning and what time they stop. Overall, it's a very nice hotel and I give it a 3 and a 1/2 ⭐ STAR!!

Overall stay was good. Helpful staff. Easy check in, with pets. Good breakfast offering. Only issue was the low water pressure in the shower - more like fast dribbling. Reported it to the front desk at check out.

The room was very clean and comfortable

Oh breakfast was 6 am to 10 am. Went down at 9:40 but all the hot breakfast items were gone with just scraps. I was told we stop cooking at 9:30 becase we waste too much food. I asked why do you advertise those hours? She did offer to heat up some items for us after that. They did have some notices that they are in refurbishing the hotel but must say it is years overdue. My advice look for another hotel in that area. Just suffice it to say, I will never go back to that location again.

Great hotel, new renovation in progress, so we were warned of construction noise, but our rooms were clean and modern and the TV displayed our names!! Staff was kind and helpful and breakfast was good.

I made a last minute booking as my family and I are tired of being in the road all day. Thankfully I made the right choice by staying at this property.

Not enough towels for two guest.

Breakfast was very nice. Lots of choices. Warm and tasty.

We brought the desk clerk up to look at the room and she put us on the third floor. The room was nicer, but the TV control was malfunctioning and the in-room coffee maker wouldn't work. Breakfast was OK.
