This hotel is consistently clean with a friendly staff. It always is comfortable, well-appointed, and welcoming.

Rooms were clean, staffs were friendly too

The room itself was great. The issue was the shower and hot water. The shower had no pressure coming out. We had to change the settings on the head to get just enough pressure to wash the soap out of your hair. Then for the last 2 days there was little to no hot water.

Location The pool was closed and I was unaware it was a pet friendly facility so we heard the neighbors dog barking all night

Great value for the price. Rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you would need.Employees very friendly and helpful.Location close to restaurants, stores and the casino. Will definitely be back next time I am in the area.

It was clean and nicely Mai rained. Staff was great. I thought $75 was too much for a pet fee. We usually pay $25 or $50 per night, one pet.

I have 2 complaints. 1. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. And 2. There was a sign right at check in that specifically said no parties. There was a couple of rooms on my floor on Saturday that were clearly having a party. There was approximately 10 children and at least that many adults. They were using the pool. My biggest complaint about that was the noise until 3 am.

The room was clean but had a weird smell! Like dog possibly. I know pets are allowed to stay there which is very nice to have but they should definitely have different rooms for people that don’t have pets. That’s the last thing you want to smell. Room otherwise was clean. They could definitely have better comforters for the bed. Very thin. You could tell that the pool had a ton of chlorine in it. Probably too much. Extremely strong. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice.

The rooms were extremely clean and to stay with Pleasant however the breakfast was horrible the food was Bland the selection was poor the only good thing about breakfast was the coffee

The room was clean, but the sheets were thin and gray and wrinkled. Breakfast is subpar, but the coffee is good. Staff - excellent. Parking is good. Location is good. Didn't use the shower so can't comment on that.
