Water was lukewarm at best. Barely any water pressure. Other than that great

Good Value, owners do much of the maintenance. Many paint runs, caulking is not right. Not the Ritz, good clean, comfortable rooms.

Room was very small for 3 people. Shower area was small as well as was the toilet area. Had a sliding door for bath area and sink outside the bath. Didn't care too much for the setup.

My husband loved the comfortable bed and pillows. The pool was closed the whole time we stayed. The breakfast bar didnt offer much, all carbs. The coffee was terrible. The toilet didn't flush well, had to press hard and flush a couple times.

The pool was closed they were using it for storage, the hair dryer in the room (322) fell off the wall and the toilet seat was about to fall off. There was newer carpet in the room but the door was hard to open because the carpet wasn't trimmed properly. The shower had clumps of hair in the bottom of the shower. Only one of the room cards were coded properly, paint splatters everywhere on the door, clock and desk phone.

Booked the hotel because of the indoor pool...it was down for maintenance..it was like they cleaned the shower with baby oil wife fell lucky didn't get hurt bad!

Great location on/off I-80 The actual address of the property is 5555 Patriot Blvd, Austintown. Booking.com on its confirmation email indicates 5555 Interstate Blvd., that address does not exist- my GPS tried to route us which ended up in a circular route in South Youngstown even though the hotel is in Northern part o Youngstown. We ended up driving 30-40 miles extra. PLEASE UPDATE TO PATRIOT BKVD Definitely didn’t appreciate being given an incorrect address which doesn’t exist.
