Sleep Inn Austintown - Youngstown, West

Breakfast was mediocre. Room was clean. Parking is free, so that was good. But very disappointed/upset when I arrived to check in and found out the indoor pool was closed for maintenance. They should have to notify people of this, regardless if it is a third party reservation. I made the reservation at least a month and a half ago. I should have been notified personally, not just them posting it on their website..

Very clean. Came there in July expecting to use the pool which was closed. Staff was excellent

Our room was clean and comfortable. The toilet rocked and the showerhead needs to be replaced. The indoor swimming pool was very cloudy.

Nice location, the hotel is clean and quitet. Staff did there job no issues.

Guy working was amazing. Great communication and customer service. No complaints except small breakfast area, crowded. Renovations noticable. Wiring exposed and baseboard trim ripped off. But nice they are updating some things.

Quick on and off highway, front desk personnel nice, mattress was comfortable Old hotel, they've done their best to update but can only do so much. Hall carpeting needs repair not good first impression

The hotel was nice. We have been going there for years. Needs some updating.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the AC/fan was too loud and made it difficult to sleep.

It was clean, staff was friendly! Easy access also next to Wendy's walking distance!

Everything was great

Breakfast was adequate. Cereal, bagels, toast, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, oatmeal, juice. That’s all we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Location was near many restaurants and several coffee shops. Our bathroom was not clean. I don’t need fancy, but I do expect cleanliness. It appeared as though the hallways got a fresh coat of paint and new carpet, but no baseboards. The stairwell had dirty, stained carpet that looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. The only staff member we saw was the nice man who checked us in, and he was also prepping the breakfast area and mopping the floors. Short staffed?

Ac actually worked My bathroom wasn't cleaned Got a towel with blood on it, stained but still shouldn't have been in circulation Wasn't much for breakfast Toilet broke the 1st night Shower door wasn't aligned properly had to have them fix that cause it would leak on the floor An pictures online here do not match the decor of the rooms of feel of the rooms. There was an piece of sugar packet under the coffee pot mirror was dirty They said refunded me a night or so but its taking over a week so far

The clerk that checked me in Beds hard,dirty blood on sheets and got bit.

Close to highway, good value for the money It was fine

Beds were so comfortable & it's location you can't beat
