Great staff and room cleanliness
-
The rooms have been renovated and they smell clean. Even the hallway carpet is new. The motel is much better than two years ago.

Could use updating and better cleaning. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. On the non-smoking floor yet the entire room smelled of smoke. So bad I had a sore throat from breathing it in. Felt like I was sitting around a camp fire all night.

Not recommended for families...just a cheap bed for the night...

The property is newly painted with new floors and bedding

The property was under construction during my stay. I’m sure it would be better to stay after construction.

They are upgrading the carpeting etc.

This property is in great need of upgrades. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled terribly of smoke: So much so that our clothing also smelled. There was no flooring in the hallways, and the shared spaces were very dirty. The room had hair everywhere, a filthy bathroom, and very few amenities. The breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced with Coolaid being the only drink option. I was embarrassed that I had chosen this place for my extended family. I could go on and on about how disappointed we were. Hoping they can take the time to make the needed efforts to improve this lodging experience.

Sheets were stained and had burn holes in them

Location is convenient for traveling through the area via highway. But, the actual location on a nondescript industrial roadway is "meh". Rooms were clean and comfortable and well thought-out. Night light in bathroom is great. Good value. Breakfast needs improvement. Carpeting of hallway seemed to be a work in progress. Sound from upstairs rooms penetrates ceiling. Not sure about smoking policy: Most rooms have sign on outside that says "Non Smoking". But not all. If there are rooms that allow smoking they should all be segregated into a "smoking area" -- not mixed in with the non-smoking rooms.

Quiet comfy beds The rug bottom of stairs to room was ripped n bunched uo . Hard to walk over with my walking sticks because of disability.

Lobby and breakfast area were clean and neat; food was fresh and tasty. Hallway carpet was torn up where there had been an apparent ice machine leak and smelled very musty with a heavy odor of disinfectant. After the first two uses, the coded room key-card didn't work and the lady at the front desk said she would let us in, but to get a new key we had to wait until that afternoon when her brother came in. The rooms were not carpeted, so we heard every step taken by the guests above us. It was a bit chilly, but we didn't dare turn on the HVAC unit due to all the built up dirt and dust we saw behind the front grate of the unit. The rooms were well insulated from nearby highway noises, but noise inside (rooms and hallways) was an issue. There was also a dog in the room next to us that barked until around 9:00 PM. I have never in my life seen another toilet as small and as low to the ground as the one in our room. I'm 80 and not in the best of shape and had difficulty getting on and off - no hand grips or bars in sight. When my wife hung a towel on the towel bar, the bar fell off. I would never stay at that Super 8 again.
