It offers 5 dining options, an award-winning spa with men’s and women’s saunas and a gym with weekly fitness classes. The rooms at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an iPod station and a marble bathroom. Guests can relax at the outdoor swimming pool, or enjoy a body massage at the 21,000 square-foot Bachelor Gulch Spa. The spa also offers a range of body scrubs, body wraps and facial treatments. Property looked nice Room was boiling hot and could not be improved. Room was tiny. Not clean at check in. View sucked, view of a bull dozer, construction fence and road. Not what was expected.

It is the Ritz, and it lives up to the name. A few items on the property being worked on between end of winter and before peak summer season started, but overall great ambience.

Outdated room, staff was kind but didn’t answer the phones, AC didn’t work, king bed was debatable (it was a queen), excessive fees on everything. It was a let down after hearing such great things. Was hoping for a white glove treatment but felt like we had to really push to get service

I checked out early. Odd smell, clogged shower drain, towels and robes where thread bare with pilling fabric. Would not recommend this location. The staff however were excellent, I did not use the amenities but I would assume they are the highlight of the property. My room was on a low floor but the view was still quite nice.

Food is way over priced but good. Resort is great. Overall I would stay here again but eat away from resort. View from my upgraded room not good at all.

The hotel did not meet the expectations of a Ritz Carlton brand. There was long white dog fur in all the public areas. The hotel was sited for legionares disease in the hot tubs. The staff were rude and not professional at their jobs. Housekeeping came into my room even though there was a do not disturb sign displayed. The management refused to make any compensation for the complaints. The gym was not air conditioned. I got a rash from swimming in the pool.

No activities when there is not enough snow to ski.. told them Inwas coming for my birthday and not even a happy birthday..we ended up staying at the Sonnenalp in vail half Of the trip (so i had to pay for 2 rooms at once) because there was nothing to do there and you are up on a hill 20-30 minutes from everything.cant walk anywhere. Must cancel 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE ir they take 100 pct from you. Not accomodating and couldnt care less about your experience. Got the feeling they just wanted to milk everyone for what they could.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in recent memory. The staff were phenomenal after proposing to my fiance that day. They created a truly special and unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back for our anniversary!
