The Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas, Beaver Creek Mountain

Little disappointed in view probably my fault didn’t research enough

Easy acces to ski area. Staff was professional and competant. Live music and dinning in lounge made for enjoyable easy going atmosphere. Family friendly without specifically catering to children. Area in general made for a quiet nook in a resort location. Accomidations were generous in space and comfortable for lounging/sleeping/in-room dining.

Lovely property. Lovely pool and hot tub area. Great amenities. Extremely convenient location. The onsite Gondola is super easy for getting to the slopes quickly. The bathrooms need more hooks!

It felt very cold and like an institution. It was handicap accessible, and it was not the feeling of a warm vacation we had in mind.

Luxury with a great gym

Villa cleaning every 2 days not acceptable

Our room was accessed through the basement. You literally enter through the parking lot, completely isolated from the hotel's facilities and amenities. Room service was never available. To order food, we had to take our car to the basement and drive to the front desk to request service there.

But it wasn’t just Madison — every single team member we interacted with went above and beyond. From the front desk to housekeeping, and especially the ski valet, everyone was warm, helpful, and attentive. The ski valet service was incredibly convenient and made getting to the slopes so much easier, especially with the direct access to the gondola right from the property. Our room was clean, comfortable, and packed with amenities, providing everything we needed to relax after a day on the mountain. It’s clear that the staff at this property take great pride in creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience. Highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Beaver Creek — we’ll definitely be coming back!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Westin Riverfront

Room was perfect for our family with two young kids. Kitchen and dining area were great for dinners in a few times. Location of the villa rooms is funky, but the rooms are great.

Loved our stay - we had a villa with full kitchen and laundry. Staff were so friendly. Loved the hot pools and afternoon cookie and hot chocolate

The property was lovely and the staff super friendly! The only complaint I have is that the room wreaked of cleaning supplies and the sheets had a very very strong scent of detergent (I slept with a towel over the pillows). For folks that aren’t fond of smelly scents, I would recommend switching to more natural detergent and cleaning supplies.
