Great place to stay, near everything, close to easy access freeway.

The property its self was amazing and comfortable, pool was nice and cool. Access to the elevator was through the back and parking was very close. The room itself was clean and comfortable we got a room with 2beds plenty of space for a family of 5. I will highly recommend this hotel

The location! It’s close to everything I needed The stain in tub, water damage coming from ceiling, big gap from the door and lock, and the lock kept getting stuck so we had to try over and over to get in. I also didn’t like that I put in included breakfast but then later find out that it wasn’t included with the booking .

It was spacious and nice. Very welcoming. There was an odor I didn’t know that it was coming from the sheets. It smelled terrible. Like a man stayed and they didn’t change the bedsheets. No way they were clean.

It is outdated and the pillows were horrible. The AC was working but didn’t adjust to the climate comfortably.

Everything was very clean, all bedding was high quality and the AC functioned properly. The pool was open and just the right temperature, and the made to order breakfast was fantastic. When I booked the room through hotels.com it automatically included the breakfast, which would have been $18 each otherwise. It was dog friendly with grass out front, which is unusual for Phoenix.
