Hotel was nice our sink was clogged and told staff but they couldn't fix it because no maintenance on duty also, need more lighting in rooms.

Didn’t feel comfortable going into the pool, the pool area had towels everywhere. The elevator needs to be serviced, I pushed the button for the first floor and the elevator dropped and then bounced back up to the second floor and I had to push the button for the first floor again. The elevator jarred me pretty hard.

We loved our stay at Residence Inn! The room was super clean and well maintained. There was a billing issue on my behalf and the front desk receptionist, MAYA, was super kind and patient as we tried to resolve the issue. We will be staying here again for future events ! :)
