Clean room, courteous staff, will stay here again

Staff is so nice! Very friendly people. I came out here from another state and the ladies at the front desk where so nice..very good customer service! Only thing is the beds are a bit uncomfortable but that’s hotels

Walked into room and smelled like pee and had weird smell in bathroom. I work in medical field and I know what smoking fentanyl smells like

What breakfast all there was coffee. That it was no suite to me.

Fast, economic, exactly what I expected, and friendly worker that was accommodating with my travel hour needs.

This place is not as advertised. The lady at check-in was not nice. The initial room I was given had an odor and hadn’t been mopped or swept. Upon going back to the desk the manager was also rude stating that room was clean even though I had just went in there and did not touch anything. The second room was at least cleaner but the bed was the worst ever. Impossible to get a good nights rest as it felt like laying on a box spring. The walls are also paper thin, you can hear everything in the next room and hallway. No breakfast of any sort even though they tell you at the desk they are an extended stay. They provide no dishes or anything else.

The area and no extra fees. The bathtub was not clean hairs were left on the bottom and the wall.

Great stay in Moab and enjoyed the Wyndham hotel very much. The location was ideal for our visit to Arches National Park. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

which didn't compute. In desperation I tried to extend reservation 1 night, because it was less than 24 hrs unable to make changes. I even tried making a 2nd reservation, IA wouldn't allow. I ended up paying for night i wasn't there and had to make a reservation at a different hotel. IA very frustrating, need to have real human available. Dont believe I will use H otel.com in the future.

A few downsides were that the walls seemed thin and not very soundproof. We could hear other guests’ doors opening and closing throughout the night. It’s also important to note that this is not a full-service hotel, so if you need fresh towels or linens, you do need to go to the front desk to request them. Even with those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great customer service from the staff.

We had a decent stay. Besides the horrible noise we heard from above us that kept us awake and we only had a couple of hrs of sleep, the beds are ok but they could be better.

Everything was great about this place! Would 10/10 reccomed this place to anyone and everyone. 😌

When checking in, they couldn’t find my reservation, so I had to pay again at the hotel desk, so I paid double for the room
