Woodspring Suites Tolleson - Phoenix West

Clean

Room was clean staff was friendly. The bed was so bad and uncomfortable. I was in the army and slept in grave pits that were more comfortable. Lots of what looked like homeless people wondering around the outside, dumpster diving and it felt like I had to watch my vehicle all night.

The room smelt like cigarette smoke very badly and so did the beds and sheets everything smelt like smoke and the staff didn’t want to move us to another room and instead told us to let them know when we leave so they can then fix the smell instead of dealing with it when we were there or moving us to another room when the cigarette smoke was very overwhelming to us and the smell was even left in the sheets and funiture
