This property was very well maintained and the rooms were spacious and clean. While it is a bit further out from downtown Phoenix, we had a very pleasant stay.

There was no issue with the staff & the hotel facilities, however, the room above us was so noisy we cant sleep! We complained but it as never addressed! All in all, we will NEVER stay in that hotel again, NEVER AGAIN!

The quietness of the place I got to relax, the breakfast was awesome I walked in using 2 canes to get around and they gave a room on 3rd floor with my room at the end of the hotel maybe 40 to 60 yards I don't really know but I had to stop and rest 3 times to get my breath I was so tired.

Comfy, quiet, great check in. In case you’re unaware, Holiday Inn has removed coffee pots from the rooms. I guess they’ll bring you one if you ask but we didn’t notice until morning. We survived lol
