Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Phoenix West/Tolleson

To my opinion because it’s new everything was perfect.

Clean, smelled nice, spacious room and bathroom.

Great experience, from the time we walked in to when we left! Customer service 10/10

Virtually empty Kleenex box, very little bathroom tissue. Room not cleaned following day. Checked out Friday about 6 pm instead of Saturday due to being unhappy.

Felt safe even by interstate, relatively clean. Shower leaked, blind didn’t quite keep east sun out.

Our stay here was great! The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was right off the highway in a quiet area and about a 10min drive from any attractions and shopping. We would definitely stay here again .

Friendly and competent staff. Excellent continental breakfast. Clean room and lobby. Maintenance helpful when air conditioner stuck on88°.

Breakfast Room was not cleaned daily. Pool was dirty.

It was clean location. The staff was nice. I could hear the busy street at time.

The facility was super clean & there was alot of viewing options on the TV & easy to sign into all of my streaming accounts. The staff was very friendly as well.

Very nice stay. Having a washer and dryer on site was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent! I think this place is a hidden gem.

It’s a newer hotel, so the entire facility is fantastic! From check-in to the room, to the bedding and bed, to the breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended!
