Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Phoenix West/Tolleson

I was moved twice, meaning I stayed in three different rooms, and each one had significant issues. First room: The ceiling was leaking, and the sink was clogged. Second room: The sink was also clogged, making it unusable. Third room: While showering, I noticed the weatherstripping around the shower door was not sealing properly, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. This created a serious slip-and-fall hazard. Later, when I tried to relax and watch TV, the television had a glitch and would not function properly. While I sincerely appreciate how friendly and accommodating the staff was, the repeated maintenance issues made my stay very disappointing. I hope these concerns are addressed so future guests can have a better experience.

Overall nice property but my qc wasn't working at midnight. 105 degrees outside and about 95 inside, not cool.

The check in was cool and clean easy in and out. Room was clean and well maintained definitely will choose again for my next stay. Thank you

Virtually empty Kleenex box, very little bathroom tissue. Room not cleaned following day. Checked out Friday about 6 pm instead of Saturday due to being unhappy.

Our stay here was great! The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was right off the highway in a quiet area and about a 10min drive from any attractions and shopping. We would definitely stay here again .
