Room was super clean! Breakfast and kitchen are was also clean!

Very clean, nice employees great location. The pillows weren't comfortable at all, they needed to be firmer or something. Also housekeeping didn't refill the shampoo or body wash after whoever stayed in that room last.

Location was great was easy to get around from here. Staff was courteous and rooms were well maintained.

Room was clean and sufficient. Smaller than most but functional. Small but adequate fitness center, pool was dirty bc of leaves and weather, not negligence. Staff was above helpful, although was there over a week and no housekeeping unless requested. Weekday breakfast was adequate, but weekend was better. Overall it was a good place for us to stay as we spent everyday offsite with family,

At first I was concerned with the location but it turned out to be a decent location. The hotel staff was very nice. The pool isn't very big and there is no hot tub. Restaurants are within driving distance. The hotel has free flavored water down in the lobby and a snack bar to shop from. I didn't personally try the breakfast however my husband said the food wasn't great.

Comfortable beds. Nice having a fridge and microwave. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Room was quiet. Staff and house keeping are courteous and professional. Complimentary breakfast and coffee is a plus. Convienant location to major highways, State Farm Stadium and just 15 minutes or so from downtown Phoenix. Surrounding area has quite a few homeless junkies. Do not leave anything in your car! My car wasn't hit, but my first night two cars had their windows smashed and items taken. The second night there was a police officer posted in his vehicle on site for most of the might which was nice. I'd definitely stay here again, especially for the price.

Close to state farm arena No security 5 cars broken into same night, staff did not seem to care when calling the police for there guests. Line it happens all the time , beds are stained and old. No cable/wifi when we came back no one to fix so we left as soon as we woke up

Horrible service, I was doubled charged for the hotel stay. The front desk attendance was rude and not helpful. I'm expecting Nicholas Valenzuela to contact me.

I like location and community. I didn’t use the WiFi or eat breakfast , so u can’t really comment on those two items. I would stay again. No complaints
