My blanket smelled really bad

Roaches, attitude of employees poor, broken stuff everywhere. holes in wall. Mold in bathroom. No linens on bed(when complained was brought a wet urine smelling blanket) homeless problem. Pretty sure more than half the tenets stay there permanently.

Place was quiet and close to our venue Did not have a refrigerator and didn’t say that when booked. Room was a little cringy but I guess you get what you pay for. Reviews definitely did not match up to our experience.

It was one of the worst Hotels i have ever stayed at and the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful . The ceiling of the bathroom was caving in and there was sheet rock in the tub the girl at the front suggested we clean it up and stay anyway ,We ended up getting another room and the tv wires were not plugged in and no matter what channel we used we could not get anything so i called the front desk and got the same girl she told me there is nothing she could do tell maintenance got there around 9:00 PM so i told her i wanted a refund but was told that would not be possible so we were moved to room number three . The one reason we chose that Hotel is the pool because it is Phoenix AZ and extremely hot but was informed the pool was shut down and the hotel never stated that on Hotels.com or during check in . I highly recommend no one stays at that hotel at least until some changes are made and a good start would be terminating the front desk person .

The lady's at the front desk really kind and helpful

All things are very old and rusty the smell is not good there was no microwave in my room the ceiling was cracked and holes everywhere the cupboards were broken and old

It was close to the place we were going to for classes Everything was rusty, spackled, or coming apart. I was so disappointed in how the whole thing was run. Short staffed at front end so everything took about 20 per person to even ask a question. Toilets were about 18” tall. Calking around fixtures was coming off in chunks. We couldn’t read the thermostat. There was no hairdryer, coffee pot, ironing board, nor microwave. Shame on the property owner!

I did not eat breakfast there. Location , okay , but it was too hard to get in from the street The room was dirty, dirt and hair. On the corner of a wall, the trash can bin has no liner. The bathroom door top hinge is broken so it will not close properly. The bathroom was also dirty. The sync cabinet door is not lined up, right?\n Very noisy and loud. I will not Recommend to anyone.\nAlso I had to go in to get the key reprogram.I couldn't get in my room
