The staff was very helpful and polite.

Front desk clerk had 0 personality. She should be reminded she’s in Hospitality. She wasn’t mean or rude just not nice. Night clerk was very nice day clerk was meh.

When we got there I waited in line and there was one person infront of me when it was my turn the person checking me in asked if i could step to the side because there were other people there before me,i said okay and steped to the side, and waited for 15 or so minutes for the guest that were already there to "check in" but other guest started to arrive and i went back to the the lay checking me in and ask if she wanted me to wait to the side or can i get in line, she told me to wait of to the side, and i ended up waiting for 40 mins until there was no one left. Need less to say it was not professional, and when they gave us our room it was not the room we booked so i need to go back to the front and fix that problem, and when we got back later that night we noticed the shower head was not working. And the side door broke and was unable to use it. Need less to say i would not stay here again.

Since the moment I got to this hotel it was terrible, they couldn’t find my reservation for about 40minutes. When I finally got my room and was about to shower the shower faucet was broken, manager was called her response was that someone would look at it next day, advised had to shower that moment she came to replace faucet. Next day, got a “rude wake up call” asking if we would check out or extend visit. None of the door exits worked, had to go down the main lobby to exit hotel,no access to pool amenities. Breakfast was out by 8am and not replaced when start time was 7-10

Paid for Deluxe King and gave me Standard Queen with no explanation and poor cleaning and follow ups

It was safe and clean. The AC took long to turn on.

I stopped by after arriving to get the status of our reserved room and wa greeted warmly and told our room would be ready at 1pm. When we came back around 3pm, we were asked how did we book and when my name was finally entered was told that thr room wasn't ready. When I asked when and that it was assessable, I was told there isn't one available even though I had reserved one. I asked to speak to a manager and it appeared to be maid who told me that the reason my room wasn't available was my credit card was denied even though I hadn't given my card. I told them that since my reserved room was probably given to some one else to cancel my 3 day stay and went to another hotel. My credit card was used my entire trip without any issues. I have used La Qunita for many years without any issues and had always enjoyed our stays.

It was clean and located in a good area. The breakfast was very well done. The shower head was not working properly.

The only staff that provided impeccable service was Judith I’ll give her a thousand stars if I could. The manager Tony removed me and my children belongings while I was at work claiming I had a balance and didn’t I get to the front desk to request for my balance and they tell me I don’t have a balance the front staff Natasha, Madison and Brandy was very confused everytime I went and asked a question every staff there is not trained properly to deal with customer service and I’m going to corporate and I’m suing the hell out of LaQuinta for their poor performances during my stay and the inconvenience of them removing my personal belongings and trespassing with no explanation.

Clean and modern Far away from airport and things I need to do

Location. That there was hair in the shower pubic hair on the toilet and on the towels and when I called downstairs twice and let it ring for what felt like forever never got a response and I messaged the hotel twice on the app with no response.

The price Breakfast could have been better.

Very nice hotel, I was very impressed.Staff was excellent. Will definitely stay here again if we book a concert near by.

Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time. I would stay here if I needed to for a day but I have had better experiences at other local hotels in the area.
