The beds were hard and my room needed to be vacuumed and cleaned better. Breakfast was trash. They made sausage and egg everyday and ran out of food with no staff available to replenish the food

It just seemed that the water in the hot tub could’ve been quite a bit warmer! Wasn’t warm & cozy enough! In addition, the hispanic lady working the check-in/check-out front counter prior to 7 am on the morning of Sept. 21st could’ve been alot friendlier! I mean, she was friendly..but kept cutting Me off from finishing what I was saying! It gives the vibe that she doesn’t care about what I or anyone lodging @ this location has 2 say! 😒 If not 4 these 2 issues I would’ve given it a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating! The breakfasts were gr8! 😋
