Sonesta Simply Suites Avondale

Definitely returning.

The property was ok. The pool is not big and was not what I expected. We had an incident where the people on the floor above us were fighting the man was hitting his wife and they were throwing things and making a lot of noise. I had to call the front desk and they called the police and they arrested both of them. This was at 4 am in the morning so we were not able to sleep good. I think they need to do a better job of checking in people who are violent.

Passable

Clean, comfortable, like the full kitchen. Nothing

Superb

The shower didn't work

Great service all the way.

Staff was friendly, room clean. They accommodated my truck and trailer for parking

Good location. No breakfast..toilet seat broken looked like it was fixed before.

I liked its convenient accessibility and it’s hassle free process to book, check in and check out!

Staff was nice and brought us extra blankets before the fact of us finding everything wrong with the hotel Bathroom was disgusting black hair in the tub not cleaned and hair all over the tub and the drain was in a hospital for hours and wanted to shower off and felt totally disgusted by the tub didn’t shower and there was a dirty wash rag on the shower bar. Also the sheets we pulled them back to lay down after our long day and there was dirt in the sheets immediately grossed out we slept in one bed all 4 of us my wife and 2 kids in a queen bed.
