Raul at the front desk was amazing

The carpets are old and tired, the floor in front of and in the elevator in need of refurbishing and there was loose tile on the floor of the suite we booked. There was mold in the corners of the tub surround and the carpet in the room could use to be replaced. The towels in the bath were mismatched and worn and the kitchenette dishes and silverware dirty and of insufficient quantities. Parking was ample and well lit. The location was great and close to the interstate and restaurants. The staff was friendly, There was plenty of breakfast food, but of low quality and few to no choices for people with dietary restrictions. We would not stay here again.

The room was very dated, vinyl flooring was coming up.

Onsite has no ev charging while it's included on the website.

The property was clean, but it’s falling apart at the same time. The front desk was nice but the tiles were falling out of the floor in the bathroom and the furniture was falling into pieces in our room and the carpet definitely needs to be replaced

Curtain was too short for the bath tub,, shower head was too high for someone of 5'6 height, making it hard to reach to change pressure or simply to adjust position of shower head. Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs some upgrades or fixing if they want to keep charging higher prices than better quality hotels in the area.

The personnel was very attentive and friendly. The rooms per se are a little bit outdated and you can see that they are a bit old and neglected but overall our stay was good.

Antoinette, who I believe was working reception in the evenings, was absolutely fantastic! She was so personable that arriving at the hotel felt more like arriving at a friend’s house. She genuinely cared to listen to us babble about our adventures while somehow still taking care of everything else she needed to do. She really made our stay feel welcoming. The room was incredibly spacious, and having a door separating the bedroom from the living area was perfect with kids. They felt like they had their own bonus room while we could still safely stay together. The full kitchen was also a great surprise—pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and everything we would have needed if we decided to cook. The little game nook in the lobby was awesome for the kids, and the complimentary breakfast was decent with different options each day of our stay. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend it. The staff—especially Antoinette—really made the experience. ? There is definitely some room for improvement with the property itself. We noticed loose floor tiles, peeling baseboards/floor strips, stained carpet, and outdoor furniture that I personally wouldn't have wanted to sit on. None of that reflects on the staff, though. The property is clearly well-loved and overdue for some updates, and I wish Hilton would invest in the building to match the quality of the people working there.

Nothing,even breakfast wasn’t inviting we opted to eat elsewhere! I was dirty and run down,there was litter everywhere !

Clean room, good location and the sofa bed was actually comfortable in comparison to others.

This is a highly used and older hotel, in need of complete remodel. The older furnishings are in decent condition ,however the broken wobbly loose tile floors the re caulking of tubs and toilets over the years an inch thick, the worn dent and damaged cabinets all scream dingy old hotel. I cleaned up some water i spilled in the kitchen area with a paper towel shortly after checkin and was unhappy to see the paper towel was black with dirt from where I wiped up the water. The beds were clean and we just needed a place to sleep and staff was excellent when we moved in. but the place needs a good cleaning and remodel
