Front desk help was ok. Not really good at answering phones

The Room was very outdated, and many of the outlets didn't work. They had a refrigerator and a microwave, which were very useful. The Pool is the best feature of the property! Enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing landscape. Convenient next to the freeway. The bed was lumpy, and the bathroom shower head needed to be replaced.

The staff and the location The room was not clean, the bathroom was terrible, the shower was so dirty, it had this'll black dirt buildup around the bottom of the shower, the doors of the shower was dirty, we had to clean the toilet ourselves. The room had no freshness to it at all. The elevators was a mess. The hall wall floor was disgusting. If we could of left right away that night we would of. I actually had to shed a few tears, because that night was our special wedding night it was reunion.

The property is great! I will revisit February 2027 and will definitely stay again! I attended a UFC Event at Desert Diamond Arena 10 minutes away, and lost my phone while there. I arrived back to the hotel without it and 5 hours later the arena called my contact to say it was located. The front desk lady was very helpful (both nights of my stay I have to add) in this process with letting me borrow the business phone, as well as informing me when my contact called about the news. Very appreciated.

Room was dirty, advertised a "suite" with pull out couch and 2 queen beds. No pull out couch. Asked for extra pillows were told we could only have 1 lol. Bathroom floor was black like they skipped the mopping. Floor and hall walls were dirty.

We showed up to the hotel at 330 and our room wasn’t ready, even after we were notified that our room was ready. The pillows had maybe one feather in each pillow. Probably the worse pillows I’ve had since the War. We asked for additional pillows and we were given one. Exact same pillow as we already had. I would think Hilton could afford “decent” pillows for the price we paid. M

I stayed there for my birthday. It was decent. The staff was nice and it was clean.the carpet and some thinks looked like they needed updated Some things looked like they needed updated

We loved the stay. The only dislike was being charged for a pet fee that was not mentioned when booking until we showed up to register. I don’t like surprises like that. I like to know what charges are up front and not be nickel and dimming me for every little thing. Stick to the charges and be upfront about that.

Didn't encounter any problems

The arrival check in process was easy and professional. The hotel corridors held a damp smell and the carpets felt damp and even wet in some spots. The elevators were dirty and hot. The room had a smell of old cigarette smoke and the carpet was damp . Hallway floors had soft spots in places.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Right in front of another property so I was at the wrong one at first. Only stayed the night and left before breakfast.

Smelled of marijuana and I had my grandbaby who had reactive airway disease! Breakfast isn't free like they make it sound. OHH ALSO TOILET SEAT WAS BROKE AN IT SLIPPED AND I LANDED ON THE HARD TILE AFTER I JUST HAD BACK SURGERY the girl at the desk said they had no more suites available so we had to stay there with a broken toilet seat for 3 days and 2 night's
