Free parking! This is a rare commodity in Baltimore and very much appreciated! The location is perfect and the staff was super friendly!

My room was extremely hot, and the TV in my room did not work. I reported both issues to the downstairs clerk, who assured me that they would be addressed, but unfortunately, neither issue was ever resolved during my stay. This was very disappointing and significantly affected my comfort and overall experience.

Beautiful, clean and convenient place...

The property is in a well maintained awesome location; accessible to highway/public transportation, grocery store, eateries, activities and gas station within the vicinity. The property is well kept with the exception of low water pressure and wasn’t able to utilize the bathtub due to a mechanical issue. It was brought to management attention shortly after check-in and later. We were informed that the engineer would look into it and no one ever showed up. Also, it would be nice to have a coffee/tea station for guest outside of operational hours of 6am-10am.

Pillows and sheets had stains on them. An item of mine fell behind the desk and while retrieving I noticed how dirty it was on the ground behind the desk. the I don’t think I’ll be returning to this hotel if I ever visit Baltimore again.

It's a very modern beautiful new looking hotel. Staff is extra helpful.

Our room was clean but the AC was horrible. It was locked in on one temperature and we couldn’t change it. Not comfortable at all. I asked for assistance but there was no maintenance on site. They offered to change my room, but I was really late at night when I got back and I was leaving the next morning. We left and came back to the hotel and Our keys didn’t work. The computer system was down or the staff couldn’t log in (apparently forgot their password) so they had to open the door for us. No big deal just an inconvenience.

During my entire five-night stay, my room was never cleaned. I had to go to the front desk myself to ask for fresh towels and even to get toilet paper. I also asked if I could be moved to a room that had already been cleaned, since housekeeping was apparently unavailable, but my request was refused. On the fourth day, I called the front desk again and specifically requested that my room be cleaned. I was told that they were unable to do so because they did not have enough staff. I paid more than $200 for my stay, but I received essentially none of the housekeeping service that I would normally expect from a hotel. The amenities were not replenished or replaced, and even the blanket provided in the room was crumpled and appeared as though it had not been washed. I could not use it. I understand that staffing issues can happen, but I do not think it is reasonable to charge the full price for a five-night stay when no housekeeping service was provided at all. I would like to request a refund, or at least a significant partial refund, to compensate for the lack of service during my stay. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and provide a reasonable resolution.

This place is great! Clean area and small but good selection of restaurants and bars nearby.

Great location, great team, property rooms are a little worn out Time for some repairs

Everyone was super nice. Local restaurants were 2 blocks away. If you have kids there's a park one block away. The room was very clean. I was cruising and you could see the ship. I was so wanting a bath after traveling. Only had a shower. Nothing negative about a place just personal.

Great location if your going on a cruise. Lots of food option and grocery store right outside the Hotel. Excellent hotel, would stay here again for sure.

However, beware in showers as the floor gets slippery. My husband did fall.

Location was great love. How close it was to the highway. Would have been awesome if they had had free breakfast. Our coffee machine in the room didn't work. Coffee in the room also included powdered creamer, which is it my favoriteI
