Everyone was super nice. Local restaurants were 2 blocks away. If you have kids there's a park one block away. The room was very clean. I was cruising and you could see the ship. I was so wanting a bath after traveling. Only had a shower. Nothing negative about a place just personal.

Great location, super friendly staff. The only trouble we had was with the TV. It would cut in and out randomly. If you clicked on YouTube or Netflix it would work for a while then the screen would black out. The back button also didn't work so every time we wanted to search a YouTube video you have to exit out, wait for it to load, and try again.

The hotel is neat and clean with nice facilities and we had a comfortable and attractive room. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from fun eateries and shops. The parking situation across the street from the hotel is a little odd and inconvenient.

It was Starbuck's items, they were good Breakfast was Starbuck's items but didn't take Starbuck's rewards, if you are offering Starbuck's items, you should accept the rewards. I will say not all items were available as you would find in a Starbucks
