It would have been nice if the bathtub had drained adequately. We didn't like taking our showers in 2+ inches of standing water. Bad in any hotel, but inexcusable for the $ we paid.

Location to cruise dock, restaurants, Harris Teeter Staff, some rude, gave the impression of not wanting to work or do anything for you.

Parking is too full and no more space

Restaurant was out of half of the items on their already limited menu. We walked about a half mile to find something to eat. Convenient area for boarding our Royal Caribbean cruise the next day

Nice area, nice rooms. Free parking I have no complaints, only thing I didn’t like was that the parking garage elevator was down.

I liked the walkability of the area. The hotel is very clean. Everything was fine.

Close to Port TV don’t work. Hard to keep at a comfortable temperature.

The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store.

I Love The Location I didn’t like the parking much

Checked in after midnight. Our flight was late. The staff was very pleasant at check in. The room was wonderful. Loved the bed. The shower was nice as well. Overall, for the one night we stayed, I'd stay again. Very close to the Maryland port. Which was why we chose to stay there. We were cruising the next morning. Next tine i cruise from Maryland, I'll stay there again.

Close to food and groceries and the event we went to. Didn’t feel safe and difficult to get too off the freeway. Roads were terrible.

What staff that were there were friendly, unfortunately on a Saturday night there wasnt a bar tender and the guy covering the Starbucks and food had to cover the bar also. The bed was comfortable. We paid for a king bed and sofa bed room. We were not given the sofa bed part which was a shame since there were 2 adults and a child that would have used the sofa bed. When we asked about it we were told 3 rooms didn't have the sofa bed and there was nothing they could do. The site said Breakfast included. this was a lie. there was no breakfast included. For the amount of money we paid, we are disappointed.
