I should have know to lower my expectations and suspect something was awry when I noticed the wilted flowers in the foyer. I fried to ignore that because I was greeted warmly

Clean, staff were helpful and friendly, location was amazing. The pool are was completely closed off and looked abandoned- despite it being beautiful and sunny? I couldn’t get out to even look as the doors were locked. This may of been the time of year, maybe it’s normally cooler but last weekend was beautiful and sunny and would have loved to have sat by the pool.

The good thing about the Four Seasons is that you know what to expect. Good sized rooms, good service, generally good restaurants, good gym and good spa. Good location can walk to many places. The whole sauna area in the spa is a bit dated, the sauna was lukewarm and there was no 'cold' shower (you are meant to do a very hot sauna followed by a cold shower). Ive asked if the shower could be changed and they said no, fixed temperature.

If you want pleasant and beautiful experience, you must visit this establishment. I booked a 3 day stay and I was treated like royalty. I will be coming back on occasion. I absolutely loved this place. ❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also very convenient, making it easy for us to get around. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

Very comfortable bed! Front desk and valet were so friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the age limit to use the fitness and spa services.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The spa was amazing! With all the amenities, we didn’t have to leave the property for the entire stay.
