Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore

Service and attention to detail impeccable!

If you want pleasant and beautiful experience, you must visit this establishment. I booked a 3 day stay and I was treated like royalty. I will be coming back on occasion. I absolutely loved this place. ❤️❤️❤️

The good thing about the Four Seasons is that you know what to expect. Good sized rooms, good service, generally good restaurants, good gym and good spa. The whole sauna area in the spa is a bit dated, the sauna was lukewarm and there was no 'cold' shower (you are meant to do a very hot sauna followed by a cold shower). Ive asked if the shower could be changed and they said no, fixed temperature.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also very convenient, making it easy for us to get around. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

Wonderful stay, we were able to spend time at the pool and fitness center, both great experiences. Area is beautiful. Staff very attentive.

Comfortable

Very comfortable bed! Front desk and valet were so friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the age limit to use the fitness and spa services.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The spa was amazing! With all the amenities, we didn’t have to leave the property for the entire stay.

When we checked in the front desk couldn’t help us pay for parking. We had to go back down to the garage to figure it out, We had communicated 3 different times that we needed our sofa bed turned down and it was never done. There were no sheets or pillows in the room to do it ourselves, we got back from a concert at 11pm and turn down service had not come in while we were out. We used the app to ask for the bed to be made and got a response saying turndown service had ended. Finally, close to midnight someone came to make the bed. There was a large stain on the mattress. We had communicated that it was my daughter’s birthday twice and it wasn’t acknowledged until we followed up on the app. The service by the pool was very slow and it was hard to get the servers attention. Overall, it felt like I was constantly having to follow up to get what we needed. I expected better service.

We came hoping to feel celebrated, and unfortunately, we did not. I would welcome the opportunity to return and experience an improved experience.

We only stayed one night and everyone was very helpful. They helped us find places around the city multiple times and never made us feel stupid about it. Very understanding staff!
