Everything was great besides the seaweed on the beach and the smell

This is not a Four Seasons. The level of care, standards and service are not even remotely to the Four Seasons reputation. I repeat this is not the Four Seasons in other locations. Almost no service at the pool, no one greeting at reception and the organization surrounding the 250th fireworks was awful. At one point the attendant at the pool suggested that our family should go to another hotel for viewing. If you think you will get the same elite service and accommodations at this location you are sorely mistaken. Please take this as an honest review.

Thanks for your hospitality. Kenya employe of the month.

The room was nice but seems dated. The bed was comfortable, but the room itself was a bit underwhelming.
-
The spa was very relaxing and having access to it as a guest was a major perk, as well as the infinity pool with the pool bar.
-
From the customer service to the room and rooftop pool, everything was excellent. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and I can’t wait to return!

Bfast starts way too late. Overall feels like a very old four seasons
-
check in was amazing. Emmanuel at the front was very attentive and professional. The room was clean and the mattress was a beautiful dream.

Stayed for my daughter’s birthday. The balloons were in the room when we arrived as expected. She was later brought a mini happy birthday cake that was delivered to the room. We also had an amazing spa day the next day. The hotel staff and spa staff were all professional and courteous. My husband and I also stay at this property about twice a year, and has remained one of our favorites.

Great service, great spa! Nice pool. Staff were amazing

Large rooms with balconies. Clean for being 20yrs old. Hotel may need a renovation soon. Overall, nice stay but starting to look its age.

Excepted more from four seasons! Felt very average

In my view, this is the most underrated Four Seasons property. Beautiful spaces and facilities, and, best is amazing responsive staff. I've stayed here multiple times, and it somehow keeps getting better. If you're on the East Coast, this is a great weekend getaway. In the summer, the pool vibe is full on-resort, and in the non-summer months, the Spa has a similar feel, with a host of amenities (in their Water Experience). I had a (too) short, but remarkable stay.

The spa was relaxing, but I do prefer spas that allows both sex (male/female? To enjoy the pool, etc.
-
Never a disappointment
