The hotel is very clean and well kept! Do to the large atrium it was a bit warm, but had fans to help regulate temperature! Location couldn’t have been any better, easy access to restaurants, attractions and shopping! I didn’t expect cleaning service every day, but was glad to have it! Complimentary water was a bonus as there was a excessive heat warning every day I was there!

The room was clean and the staff was nice. There’s only chef special breakfast for $19.95.

Breakfast was great

For the price not bad for July 4th weekend. The issues were room cleanliness. There were spider webs in the bathroom. There were about 20-30 gnats so I believe when housekeeping was cleaning they open the door that’s near the water so after one day we killed all the gnats. Then we needed extra towels and had to go get them on day 1 because it was short staffed. Breakfast staff was amazing though (I would give them a 5 star for just them). I wish they would renovate the rooms. The hotel could be a much better hotel because it’s surrounded around plenty of things to do and places to eat

I booked a king room with a Harbor view initally. A few days before check in i was offered a king suite with harbor view and balcany for 30$ a night. I took the offer. On arriving my suite had no end tables by the couch, the laminate on the cocktail table was cracked/ gone in spots, the balcany was not a harbor view but a 3 6 ft space with a metal table and 2 metal chairs behind a 5ft brick wall. The tub had rust in it and the clean towels had stains. The furniture was stained as well. Only 1 elevator worked of the 2 and aparently it had to be called from the office i guess.

Great location. We were there when it was 104 degrees and the room was cool and comfortable. Very clean. Great staff

Well it was good overall. But the room pictured online was different from a deluxe king balcony we were in. Not a corner room as shown in picture. So I called the desk and they said a corner room if available. Looked and none available. It is random? We paid more for a balcony for fireworks because of mobility issues. Our view was a building and small section of the harbor to the left on balcony. But not a clear view of fireworks. We had to go outside anyway. Plus weather was 100+ everyday so the metal balcony chairs and table were too hot to use. Bed was comfortable ,TV nice and big unlike description. They do advertise on their Pier 5 website a free happy hour from 4-6 and there was none. Also free cookies 2-4 there was none. No one there when we arrived. Ate at Mcormick and Shmidt for lunch, it was good. I would return if I could get the better room view?

We weren't impressed with the breakfast , way to expensive for what was offered.

The location was great and the rooms were clean. Easy to check in/out. I’d definitely stay there again.

Good hotel

Excellent water front hotel. Very clean and close to everything

It was a busy Sail250 weekend and the staff were very helpful in spite of several issues experienced by the guests. This place has an amazing location and great restaurants but it could use a refresh and utilities upgrades.

NO PLASTIC GLASSES! Incredible they do not supply this--there is an ice bucket and bottled water--but nothing (outside cardboard coffee cups) to put the ice in. LOVE their balconies--BUT the ones facing the harbor look at a restaurant roof below. Uggh--blocks seeing people walk. The ones facing the Aquarium are great. NICE very late check out offered--1:00pm.

The rooms are very rundown, breakfast was paying for a choice of toast or a bagel. The location is excellent.

A shame only one elevator worked.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean and had a little balcony where we had partial views of the harbor which was nice because we were there for Fleet week. They even gave us little goody bags when we checked in to commemorate the America 250 celebration. We just came downtown for a date weekend and didn't even realize it was Fleet Week but we enjoyed the festivities. The location was very convenient to the harbor, Pier 6, and Fells Point.

Rooms are old and show lots of wear and tear. Our fridge was broken, the balcony door lock was broken and the handle on the closet door fell off. We were charged $50 for checking in 2 hours early although the room was ready and the hotel was mot booked. We actually only stayed 3 of the 4 nights we paid for.

Access to aquarium and access to restaurant Bed wasn’t comfy… wasn’t told about the extra fee I had to pay upon arrival. Was kinda overpriced for quality
