Balcony is the best view! Breakfast was the Best thing

The staff didn’t seem to have resources to amenities such as coffee creamer without having to search the hotel, but they were very nice and helpful as possible! The room was surprisingly large but the bathroom is in desperate need of an update….however it was very clean and the housekeeping staff was pleasant….would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Location. Comfortable Mattress. Fast response from maintenance. Cons No Microwaves at all. Loose shower head. Toilet flush was weak. Shower pressure was low. Pillows are not fluffy. Not enough towels in room.

Very nice hotel and well maintained. Close proximity to many things such as; The National Aquarium, The World Trade Center - Baltimore, Historic Ship Tours, lots of restaurants (highly recommend Amici’s in little Italy) and views of the harbors. Short drive to many other attractions.

The shower curtain was nasty and dingy. The shower appeared dirty and had rust. The bathroom in itself was a big size. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way no matter how hard we tried. Very good location. Parking is $35. Latest check out was 1pm, which was very convenient.

Needs an upgrade on bed linen, towels, and face cloths.

The one negative thing I would have to say about it is, don't get the breakfast buffet. It was very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

The tub and shower could use an update. Controls fell apart when using.

The property was clean inside and out. Check-in was smooth and seamless. Unfortunately, there were 3 roaches in my son's room. Obviously, we changed to a different hotel after seeing the bugs.

Ok, balconies need work

Room was decent. The bathroom fan was not working and it was hard to keep water from escaping the shower curtain which made that area of the room tricky to navigate. Overall a fine experience. We really appreciated the ice and water machine and the closeness to activities and restaurants.

Clean place which to me is important. This is an older hotel. There was alot of noise at night from people in the hallway and doors slamming. We had what sounded like a large group coming back to their rooms around 3am making so much noise. Doors are thin so you heard everything. This isn't the hotels fault but it was annoying. I wish the hotel had a little coffee shop. I will say it was conveniently located near alot of stuff. We walked mostly everywhere. I'd stay here again for the price!

It was reasonably clean, good location, but that's about it. You get what you pay for.

Everything I liked but the roaches

The hotel is located in a great spot in the inner harbor area and had a beautiful view on the water. Friendly staff. Decent happy hour. Parking garage is also conveniently located next to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

For 2 nights in Baltimore, this place will suffice for what you need. It is in the heart of the harbor, so everything is within walking distance. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and personal, though we didn't need much. The huge bonus is the parking lot!

No place to plug in and charge my phone. The balcony had a nice view of the a/c units. I feel like I was catfished when comparing website photos with actual stay.
