The room was clean and everything was as it should be, expect I did have a balcony but with a view of the roof and the ac units. Very loud and not enjoyable would rather not have the balcony at all.

Nice location

It's a great location. Staff were all friendly. Space shows it's age but it's still comfortable. We had a harbor view that was pretty awesome to enjoy.

The from desk lady makala she was wonderful she answered all my questions and was absolutely wonderful costumer service

Super location..near to everything we wanted. Hotel is a little older but nicely maintained. Staff was great!! Will stay here again for sure! Also check out concerts next door at Pier 6..you can listen along the harborfront while eating ice cream!

Upon arriving we were greeted with a smile and a very courteous, friendly and helpful front desk staff. From the beginning of our stay until the end the whole staff was great! Will definitely stay there again!

Staff is just flat out awful. Don't waste your time with this place.

Seemed like a well-maintained property. But as one looked closer there are suggestions it is less so. Waste baskets had a few rust spots, and one was split in a few places. While the check-in person was clear and informative, they took quite some time to check us in as they were finishing up eating. This may well reflect a problem with management not having enough staff. After check-in we realized that the room had a king bed rather than the two queens as requested. The attendant said we asked for a king until I showed them the agreement (for two queens). They then informed us there were no rooms with queens left, and offered us a rollaway. Finally, for the cost of the room, how can a simple breakfast not be included. Kind of “nickel and dime-ing” one to death.

Great location, wonderful room. A fitness room would be nice, but I doubt there's a better spot in Baltimore to say.

Ended up having to switch rooms because the shower tub wasn’t draining, and it was menstrual blood on the shower curtain. The trash cans had no bags in either room until the second day. I ended up getting switched to a room next door. Overall stay was okay. The workers were nice. End up using Ruth’s Chris WiFi because the room WiFi wasn’t working. The TV sounded like it had busted speakers or something so I just watched Tv on my Laptop.

The location and staff made the experience to Baltimore.
-
The front desk was unwilling to compensate us or even offer free breakfast.

Great location, friendly, attentive staff, room clean and comfortable , breakfast was much better than just continental. Only suggestion- add mini fridge to room.
-
Friendly staff and really convenient location!

perfect position- on the water, and near the concert venue, but boy, its a lot tired, the first room had a machine vibrating next door so we had to move, and it also had a seat that was worn to the fibres, and the place has a musty smell- so it has a sad neglected feel to it- as for the staff, they were great, friendly and courteous and moved us to a quiet room with no fuss, and recommended a route to go for run, and they deserved a better hotel to manage, same too with breakfast, the staff wanted to be helpful, but you wonder if the new owners are not spending any money on upgrading, or dont care, which is sad- its a premier position, and has two top class restaurants on its block- so what gives? thanks to all the staff.
