Great location

Breakfast was above average. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The pool hours are not family-friendly. The "pool" is not owned by the hotel, so when trying to use the pool, we were turned away because of swim lessons! When booking this hotel, it advertises a pool in the amenities. Upon check-in (3:00), we were told pool hours are 9am-4pm. So we weren't even able to swim once we checked in! I spoke with the front desk after we were turned away from the pool; she was nice but didn't really offer any resolution besides "cutting our time short". I told her I don't want that because IF I had found another hotel, check-in wouldn't be until 3:00; it just didn't make any sense. All I asked was that when advertising, take "pool" off the amenities.

Location and price The television was broke on day one and day two, the door would not open with both keycards.

It's a great location and close to lots. But I would not stay there again, at least under the current conditions.

Stayed one night at this property give that our flight was cancelled. The room was decent but the sofa couch was pretty gross and dirty. The free breakfast was pretty good and had decent variety. The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to stores and the harbor. The bad: my mother left her nice tennis shoes in the room the day of check out as we left in a hurry. We are certain the shoes were left in the room. I called the property about three days after check out date and explained the situation. The representative made it seem like the shoes had been found and that I would have to speak to the supervisor of housekeeping or lost and found. She took my number and stated they would call me back. A week later no call back so I decided to follow up. I was put on hold for about an hour waiting to speak to the supervisor for the lost and found before the call was dropped or disconnected. I called back and was put on hold again, and finally a representative told me no shoes had been found. I never was able to speak to a supervisor. I asked why the shoes would not have made it to lost and found and if staff keep items or throw them away. Rep stated she wasnt sure and that things should go to lost and found. Long story short, if you value your items, do not stay at this hotel. If you accidentally leave them, they will mysteriously disappear.

The location and convenience I was unable to check in until nearly 6 p.m. I tried to check in several times as I arrived around noon. The staff told me to come back in 30 min. I was supposed to be able to check in at 4 p.m. This made my family late to our concert, even though it was within walking distance; we did not have enough time to get dressed because the room was not ready. I was told that we would be comped for 2 meals and 2 drinks, but instead, they charged me. I was told it would be removed but it was not. Please have a manager contact me to remove the charges.

Good value for what I paid. Really liked the big room layout and how the tv can rotate 180 between living room and bed. Cleaning was good.

Closeness of to where I needed to go

Location. Room was crazy good for a 3 star. Again, really good breakfast for a 3 star. I had two or three cockroaches in the bathroom when I got up during the night and one in the kitchen in the morning. The toilet also wasn't flushing properly. I don't want to make this out like it was really bad because it wasn't. The room was insane value for money and the breakfast was great. I would have said something about the toilet if I was staying longer, and I know for a fact staff would have resolved it. It was just a fleeting visit though so I just didn't want to make an issue out of it.

Our suite was clean and spacious. All staff were friendly. It is nice to have parking in the same building and free breakfast is included. We had a partial view of the harbor, which was a plus. Great neighborhood.
