1. location: good location, nearby many tourist attractions and restaurants. walking distance to the aquarium. 2. staff : not so friendly staff from the gate to the front desk. I can’t say rude but definitely not friendly. 3. parking : THIS PLACE HAS NO PARKING! It uses a parking structure next to it, not owned by the property so you can park and pay using a qr code. It’s based on 24 hour time frame. 4. room and amenities : the only nice part is the building itself. the room is poorly maintained with holes in bed covers. Amenities are also below average quality and it’s not kept full so I ran out of soap in mid shower. There were better hotels next to this one so I will try them but not this one. I was disappointed.

The stuff are very nice and helpful. Facilities are old especially sofa that is not comfortable. The bed has no sheets under the blanket!

The breakfast was good, nothing special, nor should anything above a basic good breakfast ever be expected. Area is safe compared to many other areas around Baltimore. Having a Starbuck and Movie theater next door was great , as well as the many shops / bars and restaurants all within a two-block radius with a water-front promenade to boot to walk along. Parking is extra and is not managed by the Hotel, but it's easy to navigate with the hotel access and payment. Staff at check-in was professional and efficient. I would stay again and recommend.

"Our recent stay was quite disappointing. While the lobby initially offered a promising impression, the condition of our first room was shocking. My mother nearly tripped on warped floorboards, the carpet was torn, and the furniture was visibly filthy. Although the staff was helpful in moving us to a different room, it was only a slight improvement. I had to clean a film off the countertops myself, and the furniture still wasn't clean. The beds were very uncomfortable, and even the pullout sheet had a stain. I understand that hotels experience wear and tear, but this level of dirtiness and lack of maintenance is simply unacceptable."

we have been coming to this place for the last 10 years and it has never disappointed. Staff is excellent . Hotel is well maintained and walkable to restaurants and inner habor

Staff was mostly wonderful. Facilities are dated. Breakfast was included and great. Pool was in an affiliated gym in the same building and was okay. On my last day though I found some gross, wet excrement-like substance underneath duvet cover and let the front desk know right away. Front desk staff, Asia, assured that it would be reported to Manager and taken care of right away but even after 7 days and 2 emails, I still have not heard back. I honestly don’t think how they can run a hotel business with such sanitation practices.

Breakfast was above average. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The pool hours are not family-friendly. The "pool" is not owned by the hotel, so when trying to use the pool, we were turned away because of swim lessons! When booking this hotel, it advertises a pool in the amenities. Upon check-in (3:00), we were told pool hours are 9am-4pm. So we weren't even able to swim once we checked in! I spoke with the front desk after we were turned away from the pool; she was nice but didn't really offer any resolution besides "cutting our time short". I told her I don't want that because IF I had found another hotel, check-in wouldn't be until 3:00; it just didn't make any sense. All I asked was that when advertising, take "pool" off the amenities.

Location and price The television was broke on day one and day two, the door would not open with both keycards.

It's a great location and close to lots. But I would not stay there again, at least under the current conditions.
