Amazing full apt for a very reasonable price! Breakfast was great!

We waited 2-1/2 hours to check-in since the system was down and there seemed to be no organized and prepared back-up plan to check-in a large amount of people. The staff was very friendly, apologetic and helpful. We stayed with 5 people in our party (me, my husband, and our three young children). The room only had 3 towels for us, and housekeeping was no where to be found as they only provide housekeeping services every other day. The room itself was hot when we first entered with some visible wear and tear. The kitchenette was a nice bonus, but the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on while traveling. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety and very delicious. And the the location was very convenient as we visited the Aquarium and walked to Camden Yards for a baseball game. The pool in the fitness area was nice for the kids, but it closed at 5:00 on a Saturday. Weird.

Great stay. We stayed for a week. Great location and breakfast.

Stay was fine, staff was mostly fine.,Pablo was excellent. Two tvs, only one remote worked. Brought to desk never got another back to us. Had to keep moving remote to different room. Not deal breaker but annoying. Most problematic was housekeeping cleaning our room on last day. South west facing room, they opened our closed shades and adjusted our air conditioner temp up. So our last night there was stifling. Everyone barely slept it was so hot. Parking was hot mess on first day, but got easier with familiarity. Otherwise pretty good stay.

Place was nice, rooms are super outdated, kitchen floor was peeling up and sticky, We understood it was a older hotel, but they have done no updates. Couch was worn out, sleeper was worn out. Breakfast was good and fresh. Parking was kind of confusing, had to drive around the block to park. They did give you directions on how to get there. Another 29.00 charge on top of your stay. Only one elevator to parking garage, so that was kinda backed up at times, Over all it was far from terrible, 50/50 on whether we would stay there again.

Room was spacious but the sofa in the room was old and very very dirty. You wouldn’t want to sit or sleep on it.

I didn’t like the idea that I wanted two in the morning. It was a naked man in the bathroom beating his meat. I had to change rooms because the first one had to smell in the second room. I need a maintenance cause the TVs didn’t work besides that it was nice to be there very helpful especially the bar made Sam a lovely woman.

Some areas of opportunity include upgrades to the dishwasher and closet doors and my closet door was difficult to open and close and was dated. There was an experience that customers need to be compensated for and that was an unexpected power outage. Upon check in, I went to my room and immediately the power went out for about 3 hours. I was displaced during this time and spent much of the time in the lobby waiting with other guests or in the parking garage in my car. Manager on duty, Jalesha, was extremely professional and kept customers informed, including the ones that were not very nice/understanding; she tried to assist customers every way she could. Eventually the power was restored, keys had to be remade and all was well. With that being said it is important to compensate people for their time, missed events due to power failure and long waits. I didn’t understand how the adjacent Starbucks had power and kept doing business but the hotel did not. When I called to find out about compensation I was told because it was an act of God and not the hotel I would not be compensated. Hotels have insurance and I’m sure the power company will credit the time there power was out as they do with residents, therefore I as a customer should also have a credit of some sort for the inconvenience.

Room was clean, impressed that it had a ceiling fan! Breakfast had a good variety but it was a mess and poorly stocked with no staff attending to it. One guest needed something and basically had to go search through the kitchen area to find a person to help. Tables were sticky and disorderly, waffle station was makeshift setup separate from the rest of the food and had stuff strewn all over. We asked about the pool situation , which is apparently at a different facility that we had access to, but the response was confusing and left us feeling like it was a hassle so we didn't pursue it.

Check in was a mess , gave our room away after requesting it a month prior, checked in a little early and requested the room that we wanted on reservation and was told it was not cleaned yet, come back in a few hours, did so, and in the meantime gave out room away.

The property is located in a very upscale area within a few steps away from the Inner Harbor East Water Taxi, Four Seasons Hotel, Marriott Hotel, Chanel, J Crew, Hagen Daaz, Anthropology and other high-end Businesses. Right next door you will find Sandbox virtual reality playing, and Starbucks. The free breakfast is very good and the service is exceptional. The one bedroom suite is quite large and homie.

Me and my family had three rooms one room had to be change due to the smell and second room toilet stopped up and ac wasn't working but someone came and fixed it the next day not the day I check in. Second problem checked in nobody didn't tell us about parking and got a ticket the night before check out to pay a ticket with extras fees when nobody told us about putting our vehicle in the system. And lastly we was at the bar and one of the employees called out having the young lady Sam by herself and that wasn't right. It rained hard that day and it was super busy. Don't get me wrong she did a phenomenal job they way she did her job no complaints at all but with management somebody should had a back up to help her which she didn't need up but eventually she called for help because of the rain it got super busy. But she shouldn't have to ask for help it should be given already. Gave her a big tip will come back just for her

Stayed here for the Sail 250 weekend. Central location to all downtown venues, and a 15 min walk from Fells Point. The room was comfortable, and the included hot breakfast was a good way to start the day. My room had a full kitchen, which was helpful in keeping meal costs down.

The room was nice size...but didn't like the condition of the couch and my tub look like it had a rust stain coming from the overflow

This hotel was a great back up when the nearby conference hotel was full. The breakfast was exceptional compared to the typical hotel free breakfast. Also, the Wednesday happy hour social was well done. The room was functional with full size refrigerator, stove top (that we did not use) and microwave. Strangely there was no glassware in the room, but we probably could have asked the front desk for a wine glass. The hotel store did not sell alcohol but the wine and liquor store a few blocks away in Fresh Market was a good choice with friendly staff. The hotel is literally across the street from the Marriott and Four Seasons on the waterfront.
