The property is located in a very upscale area within a few steps away from the Inner Harbor East Water Taxi, Four Seasons Hotel, Marriott Hotel, Chanel, J Crew, Hagen Daaz, Anthropology and other high-end Businesses. Right next door you will find Sandbox virtual reality playing, and Starbucks. The free breakfast is very good and the service is exceptional. The one bedroom suite is quite large and homie.

Me and my family had three rooms one room had to be change due to the smell and second room toilet stopped up and ac wasn't working but someone came and fixed it the next day not the day I check in. Second problem checked in nobody didn't tell us about parking and got a ticket the night before check out to pay a ticket with extras fees when nobody told us about putting our vehicle in the system. And lastly we was at the bar and one of the employees called out having the young lady Sam by herself and that wasn't right. It rained hard that day and it was super busy. Don't get me wrong she did a phenomenal job they way she did her job no complaints at all but with management somebody should had a back up to help her which she didn't need up but eventually she called for help because of the rain it got super busy. But she shouldn't have to ask for help it should be given already. Gave her a big tip will come back just for her

Stayed here for the Sail 250 weekend. Central location to all downtown venues, and a 15 min walk from Fells Point. The room was comfortable, and the included hot breakfast was a good way to start the day. My room had a full kitchen, which was helpful in keeping meal costs down.

Location, amenities and breakfast. Pet friendly and dog bathroom area. Rooms are a little out dated. Had to switch rooms because the first rooms had roaches. They accommodated us quickly but it was a little stressful.

Everyone was great to deal with. The nonsmoking room reeked of cigarette smoke.
-
The room was nice size...but didn't like the condition of the couch and my tub look like it had a rust stain coming from the overflow

This was my first visit I had a problem with my first room I went to the front desk and a problem was fixed right away I was given a different room. The breakfast was awesome The staff had great customer service Everything was great

This hotel was a great back up when the nearby conference hotel was full. The breakfast was exceptional compared to the typical hotel free breakfast. Also, the Wednesday happy hour social was well done. The room was functional with full size refrigerator, stove top (that we did not use) and microwave. Strangely there was no glassware in the room, but we probably could have asked the front desk for a wine glass. The hotel store did not sell alcohol but the wine and liquor store a few blocks away in Fresh Market was a good choice with friendly staff. The hotel is literally across the street from the Marriott and Four Seasons on the waterfront.

I travel a lot and this was by far the worst hotel , please don’t go here. It started off with a 5 hour delay to get into my room , we got in the room at 3am Becuase the messers up my reservation. When I for into the room it was the wrong one I selected instead of a one bedroom the stuck me into a studio . The next morning I woke up to water gushing everywhere in the room , the trash compactor in the since broke and there as old food and stuff everywhere . The smell was unbearable . To top it off there wee roaches too . They said they didn’t have any rooms to move is too and sent the service people up . They guys came in saw what was happening immediately picked up the phone in the room and told them you have to move them because of the plumbing issue was bad and he saw the roaches as well . They magically found a room a few hours later while we went next door to the Starbucks for a few hours to escape the room . I asked for a refund so I could leave and book another hotel and they refused . This was a total nightmare . Don’t ever go here

she didn't say welcome, was constantly doing her own business and talking to others while checking me in. I didn't feel welcomed at all, and I think I know the reason but I don't want to assume but I didn't feel comfortable at all.
-
The staff was excellent The elevators broke down so we couldn't get back to our room OR to our car in the parking garage which caused us to gave to get an Uber for the event we were staying there for.
-
The gym facilities and the breakfast were excellent.
-
Initially gave me access to a room that was already occupied by guests. Then they proceeded to give me THREE rooms where the air conditioning didn't work. I didn't get to bed until about 1am. Absolutely appalling. I've written to corporate about this as well.

location is great, staff are very nice and cooperative. Breakfast is very reasonable and restaurant staff are super kind and cooperative. Coffee, tea and water are available in the lobby all the time. the maintenance is not good as furniture and carpet is old and not very clean and toilets are not in very good condition.
-
Very bad experience. Old, dirty rooms. When we asked for another room, we were told none were available. Heavily soiled carpet and furniture. Burns stains in carpet and furniture. Sat on the bed and the frame broke, then they all of a sudden had other rooms. They switched us a room that didn't have working AC. Wanted us to move again and offered no support. I will never return.

Our family really enjoyed our time in Baltimore, and this was a nice compliment to our experience. I appreciated how there was parking available (even though it's through a separate ramp and payment), it was very convenient in a downtown area. The location was excellent, felt safe, close to dining options, and was walkable to the harbor. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast, it was a valuable addition to the stay and a great way to begin our morning. It's connected to a Starbucks and they even offer cookies in the afternoon. Great for families and for business.

Everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend. Staff at the desk were very accommodating and professional

If you are travelling with a family and want to be centrally located at a reasonable price, then this hotel is for you. The rooms are large and well located (5 minute walk to the central pier). The rooms are a little dated/worn and could use a renovation. The breakfast is okay with generous opening hours, and the parking (at the rear of the hotel) is reasonably priced (we paid 50 dollars for 48 hours). The staff are friendly and helpful..

This was my first stay at Homewood Suites for my annual visit to a music festival in Baltimore. After my incredible stay it definitely won't be my last. My room was clean, comfortable and had every amenity I needed for my 5 day stay. The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. I truly enjoyed this trip and Homewood Suites had a lot to do with that.
