The location is great. The hotel is very friendly and walkable to the aquarium, Little Italy and the Inner Harbor itself. The parking is easy and convenient.

The staff was wonderful. The room was large with a view of the downtown. It was very convenient to have the parking garage attached to the hotel.

Very responsive in the chat. They have early and super early check in for an extra fee. They also have late and super late check out. Those were a huge help for out of town travelers.

Decent stay. Location and wi-fi are excellent. Good pillows but the mattress was very firm and hard. Convenient parking with an elevator directly to hotel lobby.

I always love a Marriott. I feel like I am a loyal customer. This Marriott Courtyard in Baltimore was in a very good location right in the middle of downtown. The people there that works were very nice. The hotel room was very clean and well kept. Parking right next-door was ideal. The only downside that I have is that I could not have a receipt printed out because their computer was down at the end. That may have been out of their control. But I do wonder if that was a glitch that happens on a regular basis or not.
