Exceptionally clean room though very outdated decor, very comfortable bed-slept great, and hotel staff were very accommodating. I felt very safe here-extra security measures were greatly appreciated by us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Property is starting to show its age a bit, but it’s a great location and a good value. Lots of things within walking distance and safe area.

I have not received my refund back. She told me that I will receive $40 back, but I didn’t receive it and this is the second time that I’m reaching out to find out where the payment is.

Not as clean as we would have hoped for price

Location and friendliness of the staff. Temperature indoors in the building was much too cold (Air conditioning). Even when I turned off the AC in my room it was on the cold side, whereas it was warm outdoors. Also - needed to leave early and couldn't get a coffee before 6.30AM.

Had a great experience. Check in was quick and easy! I did have a issue with the room that was booked. It wasn't what I had originally booked several months ago, but when I went downstairs to get it corrected they were able to do so with no issues. I love that they were prepared for the BTS concert and even decorated the lobby to welcome us. If I ever stay in Baltimore again I will make sure to look here first.

Pillows were a bit flat and the conditioner was out in the shower, but a good bed.

The staff was very friendly. Overall hotel was nice. Location was a little further away then I anticipated. The bathroom needed some updating.

The hotel was very good—clean, comfortable, and in a great location, close to a supermarket and within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We stayed here for the BTS concert, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
