The location was the best part of the hotel. It was convenient to the National Aquarium, dining and Whole Foods Market. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was great and the girls in the front desk were very nice. The room was only cleaned once, and it was right after we arrived. I believe this is my complaint.

Unfortunately, this hotel is in poor condition. The closet door/mirror almost fell on top of me when I tried to open it. Service is not very good. The hotel's location is a positive aspect.

It was clean and comfortable!! The location was amazing! You could walk to everything (restaurants, jazz club and even the waterfront). The view was so beautiful as well! The breakfast wasn’t the best for the price and you had to pay for parking but at least you know your car will be in a garage and not in the elements

The AC in the room we stayed was mid and didn’t cool the entire room Pool should be mentioned at check and explained that it is part of the fitness center as well as its location. Took me 45 minutes to figure out its location. Paying for parking daily on top of the room fee was a surprise to us and we do not find that to be fair. We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned during our stay!
