Hyatt Place Baltimore Inner Harbor

First time staying there. Location to fells point was convenient. Pool was a lot smaller than what the pictures made it be.

Staff was friendly Not enough pillows/blankets/towels for 3 guests upon arrival. Shower floor was worn and dirty. Glass door to bathroom offers little privacy. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

I liked the breakfast, had a good variety . It had a pool and free late check out . The rooms was clean. Felt like a clean jail with that price I shouldn't have to go to the desk to check in for the pool and had to make sure the key was returned after. Breakfast was good but quick just their pool hours pool( breakfast 6-9 . No microwave. My deposit took entirely to long to return . They don't take cash.

I would like cheaper parking and the pool area differently. Wasn't very nice the polar area The parking I'm very expensive

Exceptional

My sister and I stayed here to see BTS at M&T Bank Stadium, and the stay was better than we expected. It wasn't just because of all the 'freebies' we got from the ARMY (which we are too) but the hotel staff was also very kind. The room we got was nice and very spacious and we had no problem getting a good sleep. We were also impressed by the hotel breakfast. Of course it was the standard breakfast fare but it was served fresh every morning which was great. The hotel pool was great and my sister really liked it. Best of all the place was in a good neighborhood, across the street from a nice bakery. We haven't been to Baltimore in years, but it's a nice walkable city and we definitely did a lot of walking. Next time I'm in Baltimore hopefully I can stay back to Hyatt Place. Thanks to the staff...and of course ARMY for one of my fave trips ever!

It was a really nice and clean room, beautiful bathroom, right near some amazing stores! Overall, would recommend and would stay again.

Staff was nice, hotel clean and close to restaurant and stuff to do.

We have stayed at this property every time that we visit Baltimore. The staff is very friendly, and rooms are spacious and more importantly clean. We have enjoyed using the gym as well. We will continue to use this hotel in the future.

The location was good Additional hidden charges that were added after check-in. Our room was paid and full in advance. When we arrived after the 4 pm check in time our room was not ready. And then when we checked out a day early and requested a refund for the unused day. A manager by the name of Mr. Lawrence told us that we would not be receiving a refund because it was non-refundable at no point did he provide a policy that stated the unused day would be non refundable? Even when I asked to be shown, the policy where it stated that unused day would be non refundable.

Exceptional

Stayed 2 nights for a concert. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially being fully booked and all the fans coming in and out. The room was very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved how around the sink there was space to put my toiletries/makeup. Great things close by in the area as well and easy to get to places via transit/car. The parking fee is a bit exorbitant, but I get it given the proximity to the harbor, but there were other cheaper options nearby so it wasn't terrible.
