Hyatt Place Baltimore Inner Harbor

Overall the property was good. Room was larger than expected and had a seating area. Beds were comfortable. Had a decent free breakfast in the morning. Only negative was that when we got there early to drop off our bags the staff at the front desk weren’t very friendly or helpful and made the expedience not a great one.

Parking in the area is extremely difficult and its cost has impact on overall cost of stay. Area seems not safe and police cars exists but doing nothing.

The fornt desk helped us get to Camden Yards to see a game by pointing out where to catch the free shuttle link just steps away form the hotel. The room was spacious, the showwer was excellent. The breakfasst was one of the best I have had in all my stays in hotels. The beds were comfortable but a little small (they were advertised as double beds). The system of reserving the pool was necessary as the pool is quite small. My son had a reservation and had the pool all to himself, Loved our stay and would come again!

Smooth and easy check in. Seemed a little outdated. Carpet in room was stained. We went to iron clothing and we had no ironing board. There was no fan in the bathroom to help alleviate the steamy and took forever to clear out to be able to use the mirror. Pool needed reservations but I do understand as it is a small pool. There were no towels at the pool. Was a convenient location to everything we came here for.

This was a very clean and well maintained hotel, the staff were very polite and breakfast was good

Great location, very walkable. My family loved the free breakfast every morning. Still gave 5 stars but don't book this for the pool, its tiny and you have to reserve it. Also, the parking is expensive but the lot around the corner is a great option. Still recommend for the value

I liked everything except the valet parking which was the only way to do it.

Room was clean

The one elevator not working while we were there was a pretty big inconvenience but they were working on it.

Everything about the hotel was great. I didn’t realize when booking, how awkward the parking was. It was in a completely different area. However, I should have checked on that better. The staff were great, and the room was nice. Our stay went well.

Very nice place to stay

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from inner harbor which is not bad at all. The room was very nice and staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and if we go back we will definitely stay there again!

Ivan was a wonderful staff person. The facility failed to advertise that the pool was by reservation only, but ivan was so pleasant about it and gave our granddaughter a treat since we could not use the pool.

Room was clean as well as the premises staff were very friendly and helpful pool could be bigger and the fact you have to reserve it wasnt great but hey is what it is its a small pool so thats understandable.

One elevator was broke the two days we were there. The room temp didn’t stop below 73 while it was killer hot outside. And parking was terrible

Clean, wonderful staff

It was a great location for everything we wanted to do. The hotel was nice. However , there was stains on the bed we did not create and the phone in the room did not work. We had little bit of trouble with the lights, but not too much. Also the picture the hotel used for the pool was false advertisement to me. Overall 7/10 experience.

We went there during the crab fest and a country concert so it took us a little bit to be able to check in. There were mystery stains in the rug in the room. Coffee pot didn't work and they never addressed that. The pool is small, so you had to reserve an hour to use it and that's only if it is not booked up
