Everything went well except the elevators being down two days.

I honestly would never return to this hotel my visit was absolutely terrible the elevator was not working

The stay was great. The rooms were clean and big. Only thing is if all the elevators work properly, we would’ve been fine. A lot of issues with the elevators.

They only had one elevator working and at one point during our stay it stopped all together. The couches still had stains in the rooms and you have to reserve a time to use the pool even if it’s empty. The food was mediocre at best. Their fryers were down so that was limited. I would not stay here again.

The location was perfect, but the staff was the real highlight of our stay. We dealt with a rough holiday weekend where only one elevator worked, leading to massive lobby lines and even getting stuck for about 5 minutes. However, the team made it totally bearable. Kiyah(sorry if misspelled) provided excellent customer service, the valet crew (especially the delightful, tall gentleman) was amazing, and Roderick went above and beyond to help my guests and me. Roderick is an outstanding young man! Management, take note: your team is one of the prime reasons I’d happily return here for business or pleasure.

The pool was very little, hotel elevator broken during popular holiday weekend staff not friendly at all.

Overall, the hotel was nice but only one of the two elevators were working and the only working one was not working or unreliable several times during my visit.

The location was within short walk to east harbor and plenty of restaurants and shopping amongst other things.

We were disappointed with our experience. We did not receive the room we had requested, and the staff was difficult to work with when we tried to address the issue. Overall, the process was frustrating and not what we expected.

I really enjoyed my stay room was clean despite a minor stain on the couch overall the room was clean staff was great breakfast I just suggested to have more options for people who don’t consume pork overall the layout of the food looked great location was amazing will definitely come back
