Canopy by Hilton Baltimore Harbor Point

Great location, nice design, good vibe, and nice staff. Excellent value.

Rooms were large with great views of the harbor. Restaurant food was much worse than the prior onsite restaurant, Cindy Lou’s. Cocktails were.

We were turned away due to a global outage. Told to find other accommodations and after we left they restored power. Still waiting for my refund.

The reviews I read were true. Excellent valet staff upon arrival, desk staff were always friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping staff was the best! Great hotel in a very walkable area with restaurants, bars, shopping and lots of history.

The check in system was down. Waited 4 hours to only have the front desk tell me that I should start looking for another hotel to stay at. I ended not staying and driving all the wayback home. So I need to contact them to get a full refund.

Good deal balcony is the best place to go for the price and you should get a better deal for the money

This room was for my daughter and her friend. They loved it. My daughter’s friend said this was the best sleep she had all summer. I’ll be back in a couple of weeks myself.

Staff was always available

The room was very clean and our view was great. Overall our stay way enjoyable!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, snd spotless. The bed was very comfortable. There was a sliding door that could provide more separation from the sleeping area and bathroom. I used the hotel gym, which was adequate with free weights, cardio equipment, and a cable machine.

Good room and excellent coffeemaker in room plus great filtered water dispensers near ice machines. But getting the valets to pick up your car or retrieve it was slow and difficult and they were very understaffed in that position over the weekend. Self parking down the block cost the same as valet parking, btw.

Breakfast was excellent, and the view was amazing!

The property is located in the perfect place close to everything couldn’t have planned it any better !

The barn doors were dirty with a lot of finger prints. That is the only unliked observation. Love this hotel and will recommend and hope to return. Best thing was Altmens deli across street and hotel restaurant.
