Canopy by Hilton Baltimore Harbor Point

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the amenities and accommodations were wonderful, what truly made my experience memorable was the outstanding service from Melissa Spann. From the moment I arrived, Melissa Spann went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed, cared for, and valued as a guest. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. It is rare to encounter someone with such genuine warmth and dedication to hospitality.Their exceptional care completely elevated my stay and transformed a good trip into an unforgettable one. It’s the people who make a place special, and she is an absolute asset to this hotel team. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for top-notch service!

This was my first time visiting Baltimore and I must say this hotel went above and beyond my expectations. The front desk staff were amazing; they set me up with a nice view from room 1012 which is right off the elevator. Room was cleaned daily. I felt very well taken care of here. I have a concert to go to this Nov and will mist def be booking with them again.

My daughter and I love this place. The lady at front desk I think her name is Dawn she is amazing above and beyond. We try to check in early because we want to be on time for BTS CONCERT. But the room not available for us. She told we either can you use the bathroom or special room to get ready and she even help us takin care with our luggage while we getting ready for the BTS concer thank you Dawn. We appreciate you. You deserve a raise 🥰🥰❤️❤️

Hotel could not check us in at appropriate time due to systems issues.At 9:30 at night the front desk said start looking for a new hotel room .nothing was available at a reasonable rate. We tried checking in to LaQuinta. That hotel was in a terrible neighborhood and did not offer parking. We were eventually informed the system was up and working and checked in about 10:30 at night. The canopy offered us drink tickets to compensate for the long wait. Only problem was they basically sent us to drink and drive to another hotel. Really a bad idea. Hilton hotels will have to really do something special to ever get us back to one of the hotels ever again.

Great location, nice design, good vibe, and nice staff. Excellent value.

Rooms were large with great views of the harbor. Restaurant food was much worse than the prior onsite restaurant, Cindy Lou’s. Cocktails were.

We were turned away due to a global outage. Told to find other accommodations and after we left they restored power. Still waiting for my refund.
