Everything about the hotel and your staff are excellent. Your gym though, is terrible. Very small and crowded. You need to make it a MUCH BIGGER SPACE so it can accomodate many people. Do better with your in-house gyms, Hilton. You have and make more than enough $ to make this happen.

The location is so convenient as you can easily walk to the Inner Harbor and Fells Point. The staff, like Trendy at the front desk was professional and so friendly. I’ve always had a great stay at this hotel.

The staff at Canopy Fells Point all deserve bonuses. They are all overly friendly, knowledgeable of the area and events, and most importantly. The staff are very professional. This is the only hotel I stay at when visiting Baltimore.

Location was great, close to Fells area and great waterfront promenade. Great views. Great staff very polite and friendly. Having bugs in my salad.

Best part is such a dog friendly area we travel w/our English Bulldog often and he was just like home the balaconu was AMaZing!!! Special shout out to Jacob the Valet guy he was FANTASTIC 5 stars alike for him. Great plc.
