Inn & Suites Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor

I liked the location. Within walking distance of my destination made my trip much more enjoyable. Parking was a problem. There should be an alternative to the valet parking offered when booking, (there is a public lot across the street.) $36 plus two tips and I still had to wait 45 minutes after the 20 minutes I was told it would take to get my car.

The location - within walking distance to a lot of the great tourist-y places in Inner Harbor. The charm of the hotel is cute and quirky and room was very clean. Breakfast has a good variety. The parking situation left a lot to be desired. It's tricky to find where to pull-in, the valet fee is high, and it's incredibly hard to pull out of the lot as there's ALWAYS traffic blocking the exit. Not valet staff's fault, but still frustrating.

Although it does not have room service the free breakfast was a plus and really tasty too. The staff was so friendly and made me feel very welcome and safe. I did not like that it does not have smoking rooms. A lot of people that travels are smokers so I think it would be a wonderful ides if you guys can come up with a room for smokers to go to and relax while enjoying a cigarette and a glass of wine.

The staff was amazing, room was clean and airy. We enjoyed staying there. I wish the suite had kitchen, as other Inn-type of hotels. I was a bit surprised that it did not have a small kitchen nor dishes. But the staff shared some, and in the end we had wonderful stay. So, I had wrong expectations.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The room and main bed were comfortable. The convertible couch in the king suite was very uncomfortable and lumpy. If there were more than two people in this room they would find it very uncomfortable to use this convertible couch. I feel a hotel such as this should have a better couch.

The door locks used in this hotel are very cumbersome to use.

Spotless room Heat was not working well in first room. Staff was friendly & efficient and quickly offered another room. All was toasty

The free breakfast was above average with many options. The hotel was decent, but not what I expected.

Location is close to Inner Harbor. Unfortunately it was a short trip and we didn't get to explore the area, but it looks like there is lots of stuff within a few blocks $36 for parking? Wow.

All the staff were very accommodating..... There was an empty personal lotion bottle next to the bed...and in a Marriott, I expected a microwave and mini fridge .... guess not
