The design, the pool, the room, the shower, the bathroom products, the location Need magnifying mirror in bathroom. The room was FREEZING when I checked in. The duvet is too hot and there was no sheet underneath. For the price of the room, I think a free snack would be nice. Like a bag of nuts or something

I purchased my stay with Expedia and ThebPendry charged my credit card again for a room I already paid for. I called twice and situation was never resolved. I have no problem paying for my stay but, I do not like anyone stealing from me. Horrendous!

It was a wonderful place to stay while visiting our daughter and son in law in Baltimore ! Fantastic staff , impeccable rooms , delicious food, beautiful pool looking onto the harbor , conveniently located to everything . Best place ever !

I encountered one problem with the pool restaurant, Enis was not as helpful with the crab social but the manager Maxwell from pier chop house restaurant made it right. Thank you Maxwell.
