Parking was the plus only $18 a day

Staff was very accommodating. Came early before check in and the room wasn’t ready but they let me leave my car in the parking lot early anyways. I noticed so many people trying to hang out in the lobby and use their bathroom. The front desk staff was very good at keeping non guests out.

Limited room amenities. Limited variety of breakfast choices

The staff were very helpful and respectful

It was clean, staff was friendly. Location was perfect.

The hotel is close to the stadium, so it's the best place to stay for an event. The staff is very nice and hotel is very clean. When we first arrived, we were told the hotel doesn't do early check in. We were able to leave our bags while we went to lunch. When we came back a different staff member told us they do do early check in and they have us our room.

Near the stadium, room is nice, bathroom looks newly renovated Informed about lost item if possible to check with cctv, general manager was not in the property until I checked out. I was told they will contact me, no one contacted me since.

I’ve stayed here several times before and I would say that it’s average, clean enough, breakfast is decent, property is clean, kinda in a seedy area but that doesn’t really bother me. Actually I will continue staying here when I visit Bmore. I’m sure there are other better hotels but this one is just fine

Location to stadium- however there was a shooting at the royal farms across the street while we were there… https://www.wbaltv.com/article/baltimore-royal-farms-russell-street-shooting-august-12-2026/73415130?utm_campaign=snd-autopilot&fbclid=Iwc3NjcATqzXRwZG9mBWZkaWQWUMaZtKP1VZfhxucRsFBhHdDwNTa8FWV4dG4DYWVtAjExAHNydGMGYXBwX2lkCjY2Mjg1NjgzNzkAAR7fJRLvJvAf8MxK0EJLEtAUQ1FsPKMqPGOGJCOrz8heDtdsoc2TUTer8tYgQQ_aem_LU7z8iwELl9ktddNR1v00g We booked in December, for a concert this week. The first night they placed us in room 202, the ac was incredibly loud, maintenance was unable to fix, but so loud we could not hold a conversation easily. Their solution was to turn it off if we could manage the heat in the room (it was high 80s and humid so had to make do with the noise, unable to sleep). The TV didn’t work and wasn’t mounted in the wall, when we came in they had fan for the hallway plugged into our room, and towels had stains. Also the cherry on top… the shower completely stopped working, no water after one shower in the room. They moved us the next day, but a staff member had said they were unsure why this 202 was available. The general manager said they would comp us 50% for the first night and remove the parking fees, but very disappointing that we had been looking forward to this concert, unable to sleep or shower the first night we were there. Second room was fine, would have been a completely different experience if we had not been in this first room. I have videos of the shower not turning on and the ac with the noise, but unable to upload because it only allows photos. Also the shooting across the street the next day…

The room smelled very strongly of mold/mildew and was damp. We asked to switch rooms several times but they could not accommodate. Asked for a dehumidifier or anything else that could be done - our info was taken down and never received a response. The location is convenient and parking is reasonable but I would not recommend this hotel in good faith.
