Very nice, great front desk service. They were knowledgeable and quick with check in and check out process. Very comfortable bed, very HOT shower which I love. Just a red carpet stain; it would need to be steamed cleaned for removal

I was disappointed at breakfast. The servers were less than enthusiastic about being there and serving us. There were 3 empty tables that had not been bussed next to us and were not bussed during our time there, (Even though they were not busy.) The food did not come as described in the menu. I feel that when I pay top dollar for a hotel room, the hotel restaurants would equal to the price point that I am paying. I felt that the offerings and service were sub standard. Furthermore, I was given a number to text if I had questions. I texted the number with a question, but received no response for the duration of the trip. Don't offer a service you don't intend to support.

We loved everything about this property! But our best experience was with Michel (with one L) lol. She was so very sweet and k8nd and made my birthday feel so extra special!!! She is the main reason we will be returning here next year again for my birthday!!! And hope I get to see her again!! Everything was amazing and we felt very safe! And the room was clean and beautiful and spacious! Thank you kindly Michel for an amazing experience!!!!

We appreciate the magnifying mirror, too! The restaurant was nice and food tasty (we only had breakfast). The location was excellent with lovely harbor views and walkable to Camden Yard Stadium. We’ll definitely book again when we return to Baltimore.

The mattress needs to be changed. The flickering light on the ceiling is annoying. The walls are very thin; you can hear your neighbors' conversations. Water should be included in the room. Why isn't there a bathroom in the lobby? It's horrible that you have to go up to the 2nd floor.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. The harbor view from our room was fantastic. The only negative was the noise from the street outside. Did not get a good night’s sleep, sadly.
