It was a lovely place! Parking can be a little time consuming but otherwise great place. Very easy access to all kinds of restaurants and cafes! Very comfortable beds!

Shabby and not nice like the pictures

Great view of the Harbor and we loved our beautiful room.

We always have a great stay here, we love it, but this was the first time I had to call housekeeping daily for 3 days straight asking for more wash cloths and towels. There were 3 of us and they would only leave or send up 3 at a time. We were showering twice a day (washing off the chlorine from the pool) and I feel that should've been expected. Also, I have never had to call for a roll of toilet tissue. First time in my extensive travels that no spare roll was in the bathroom.

Despite only one hotel clerk working the counter on a Saturday, service was good. Convenient location, beautiful hotel.

Could not speak more highly of this establishment!

Clean property and helpful staff.. at the time the hot tub was out of order with freezing temperatures outside and pool was a little less warming.. but beautiful property.

Clean room , the hot tub and pool was wonderful. The staff was polite and extremely helpful.

We had to leave the breakfast room. For 10 minutes, nobody came to greet us despite 5 waiters walking around. They were not serving or taking orders, just walking around.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Baltimore. The pool and gym are great. Room was well appointed. Bed very comfortable and ample supply of toiletries. Coffee shop and restaurant both very convenient as it was too hot to go far outside. The safe wasn't working. It took 3 goes to fix it. The key card to the fitness didn't work. Again, it took a while to fix. Rooms are a bit old fashioned. Hotel has definitely seen better days.

Great visit. Room was perfect and was made up each day. Pool was refreshing. Definitely will return.

Beautiful hotel ..very comfortable bed

The bed was very uncomfortable and the slippery tub had a shower that barely worked. We spent one night there and left before 6:30 am. I have never stayed at a hotel where the valet only worked certain hours. We wanted to leave but the valet wasn't working yet. Luckily our car was parked close so we wheeled our luggage and checked out. The noise from other guests was loud. We could hear everything that the room next to us was talking about even with our television on. Would not recommend this hotel.

The Harbour View Premier King room was very nice and comfortable. I also enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi; and the outdoor gardens and patio on the 7th floor. The staff were terrific. Anthony greeted us, and was very helpful; seemed genuinely interested in helping guests. We were impressed with Daniela's service in the coffee shop and the restaurant. The housekeeper (I did not get her name) was very sweet, cheerful and helpful. Maybe the restaurant/bar seemed like an after-thought, although the food tasted good. There were two grand pianos, so maybe 'dueling pianos' or music or karaoke for entertainment.

Loved my long weekend stay!

Amazing hotel. My room was extremely spacious, had a bathtub which was great to have an option. I had a fabulous view of the harbor which was beautiful both day and night. The staff was very helpful and always available. The gym and fitness area had numerous amenities. There was a basketball court, tennis court. Peloton bikes and state of the art workout equipment. The pool was literally ten steps away. I will book this hotel for my next trip.

Great location for Inner Harbor. Bathroom was a little small for such a hotel but manageable
-
Beautiful hotel, strategically located right on the inner harbor - so it’s a great place within 2 mins of the boardwalk. The cost per room is not exactly what I would call good value. Staff are helpful and a little standoffish, but maybe that’s how things are done in Baltimore.
-
Heated pool was nice (7th Floor). Hotel is within walking distance to National Aquarium.
-
The location and staff Worn furniture, not room service at the time
