Excellent stay!!! The room was super clean! Cleanest room I have stayed in. The staff were absolutely wonderful! From the valet to the check in. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Had a delicious dinner at their restaurant and Willie our server was awesome and super sweet! The best was having a market in the hotel to grab goodies and coffee in the morning without having to leave the hotel. Then to top it off, they allowed us to keep our car in the garage and held our luggage safely while we went on a college tour. Bummed we didn’t get to use the rooftop pool and bar because of the weather but snuck a peek and it looked inviting!!! Absolutely would stay here again!

Great spot!
-
Check in time 4pm - except "wait..." No check in at 4pm because our room wasn't ready until 7:30PM!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE.
-
Very cool elevator and staff was awesome. Rooms were spacious and just what we paid for.

Not a great sport

Upon arriving from Philadelphia for the Saturday night game, we parked in the parking garage. Parking IS NOT included. $32 dollars paid for 1 day. We arrived early and got pool passes while we waited. The pool was packed which meant waiting 20 mins in line, which as well we saw patrons leave the line to go inside for drinks. The bartender seemed to talk more than work, with men in suit jackets ( managers?) walking by. Check in is 4p.m. on the site. However we didn’t get our room til 5, Don’t call the front desk, they will only hang up on you. After the game we hit the upstairs bar. NO SURPRISE, 1 bartender overloaded with a line out the door. I would never return or recommend this to anyone. UNDERSTAFFED UNDERMANAGED. .

Perfect location for Camden Yards. Easy check in, spacious room, great staff. Food at Bistro 360 was amazing. The only improvements would be to the pool area. Loads of places to sit, but no umbrellas. Pool very small for size of hotel. We tried numerous times but could not use. I think I expected a more relaxing atmosphere. Not like great wolf lodge with blasting music and singers. Even if we could have got a seat we would not have stayed as it was obnoxiously loud. So if a pool not a must then this is an excellent choice!

Clean modern and staff amazing and friendly
-
We requested no one come clean the room because we didn’t have a do not disturb door sign but they never communicated with anyone. Other than that, everything was good.
-
The rooms were not very sound proof and you could hear your neighbors. Room was clean and view of the harbor was great.
-
Couldn’t check in til 5 hours after we were supposed to because the hotel was unprepared and overbooked guests.

Nada elevadores dañados un solo papel de baño en la habitacion para 4 personas una habitacion mal hubicada para ser la primera visita no agua en realidad muy caro para ser horrible
-
Pool bar was excellent
-
Air conditioner in room did not work, breakfast dinning room short staffed wait time too long
-
The staff was very helpful
-
They overcrowded the elevators and caused them to quit working so the fire department had to be dispatched to the hotel. This was while we were checking in. No one cleaned the room or provided clean towels or replaced used coffee supplies, etc. The front desk staff was always very pleasant and helpful.

Check in was a complete nightmare. Waited hours until our room was ready. Said we would get a text, never did to let us know the room was ready
