The staff are very polite and helpful. The amenities were awesome and they work hard daily to keep the hotel and the rooms clean!
-
The stay was wonderful everything was nice and everyone was nice
-
Overall our experience was what we expected. The downside was we had to leave early because our room would not cooling off and was extremely uncomfortable. Pool was over crowded and not enjoyable but maybe because it was the 4th of July. I would recommend on holidays include other water activities for guest to also enjoy without rubbing elbows with everyone in the pool.

Not the best experience, a little outdated. Room service isn’t a thing.
-
Front desk was quick and professional. Room was 80 degrees and there was nothing they could do. There was a 4th of July event and it was very poorly planned. A lot of people with no wristbands were in the pool area and no one was checking. I won't be back to this hotel.

The bathrooms aren’t great, but so what. I liked the place alot
-
Our room was not ready and the wait time at check in was “unknown”. Every line was super long and very few staff on what was a busy holiday weekend. The preparation from the hotel staff was not very good. They tried but they were just understaff. The room was clean and the view was great.
-
There was an event for the Fourth of July, but staff did not inform guests. Guests were asked to leave the pool area at 2:30 for the event and allowed to return after 5. The air conditioning was not working properly on an extremely hot day. The room never cooled lower than 80 degrees.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The only part that needs help is definitely the cleanliness part of the hotel. Our bed had make up or blood stains on the foot of the bed, and we asked them to change it, and they only change the sheets. Everything else was great very friendly staff but please do better with the cleaning.

Location Property is tired and worn. Room needs a deep clean and hasn't been remodeled in quite a while. Diapers were so worn you could see holes in them. Lobby steps had carpeting worn through. The staff was very nice working with this dated and worn out property. Not a value for the price.
