Great view of the harbor, very clean, valet staff are exceptional. Toilet was a great height for kids but for anyone over 60, good luck with your knees getting up. You need to be the Hulk to turn the sink faucets. Bistro was understaffed. Good luck getting a 2nd cup of coffee.

Beds were very comfortable. The fact that all they had was a breakfast and no lunch or dinner and understaffed at the MARKETPLACE was a major problem for us.

Savion Cordell Kenza Were excellent Staff. So helpful and welcoming. Made the stay extra special. Assisted in Resturant choices and general knowledge of Chicago. They were great host when serving us at the bar and always a nice smile with Excellent Customers Service.

The staff was exceptional, with warm hospitality and attentiveness. From the effortless check-in to the warmth professionalism throughout the stay. Will recommend and return.

The shower didn’t have enough pressure. Getting in and out the hotel was inconvenient because there was a large event happening and they made us exit thru the back door each time.

Close to Inner Harbor, but the rooms were feeling like a motel. Plastic cups for coffee with powder cream, no milk, stirring with a straw. For a 4 star hotel, you can do better. 2 nights where $1,105. Yes, it was a game night but still.
