The rooms were clean. Breakfast options were good. Would have preferred a bit more options for pescatarians. Bathroom shower was weak bit disappointed with that. Else a very comfortable stay and excellent location if you have some business near Johns Hopkins.

We chose this hotel specifically because of the rooftop, as we were celebrating our anniversary and were looking forward to enjoying it. Unfortunately, when we tried to access it, we were told it was closed because it had been rented out for a private event. Our biggest disappointment was that we were never informed of this before booking or at check-in. Had we known the rooftop would be unavailable, we may have chosen a different hotel. The room and hotel were nice overall, but the lack of communication about such an important amenity was very disappointing, especially for our anniversary.

The lack of clear communication was extremely frustrating. Had I been told this upfront, I could have made other plans instead of wasting five hours in the lobby. The staff members were also cold and unsympathetic, which made the experience even worse. The room was nice, but after such a frustrating and exhausting check-in experience, I was too tired and upset to enjoy my stay.

We liked how well maintained and clean our room was. Breakfast was ok. Parking was easy because of valet service but expensive.

The shower was not equipped with safety seat or grab bars and the floor was not slippery deterrent. I believe this is a safety hazard.

I requested that my room be refreshed daily and was told it could not be done the day I requested but would make sure it was done thereafter and it was not.
