Room was clean, Breakfast was lackluster luster and no bacon served at all.. and they charged me 15 extra dollars when they did my hold for my room that they didn’t give back it was supposed to be a deposit and we left the room how we found it even cleaner cuz we wiped it down ourselves

Comfortable beds Location was a little loud and sketchy

It was ok. When we got there the room they gave us at first was very small in the corner on the 3rd floor the 2nd room was a little better.but when it was time to go to bed. The bed had a huge hole in the middle.very very uncomfortable. Took pictures and told them at the desk. They told me to call who I booked the room tru.. my personal opinion. They should of solved this matter right there..

Good value, good breakfast Clumps of dirt like substance on bathroom counter and sink upon check in

Breakfast was fine but ran out of cups for the coffee and some of the food offerings.

The room was big When I arrived the front desk agent, an older Spanish gentlemen was very rude upon me checking in I was on the phone and he waved his arms all around very impatiently Trying to ask me if I had parked or needed parking arrangements as he just watched me get out of the back of Uber then I got to my room and realized there was no Wi-Fi service that will reach back there on the first floor. I came up and asked him and there was an issue. He said it should be working. Maybe he just doesn’t reach your side of the hotel whatever floor you’re on I just checked in hours prior, so I was right up the hall on the same floor as the front desk remarks were very snippy as I had a pre-existing issue with Him which I’ve never had nor have I ever met him on top of the vending machine multiple times would not dispense my items I use my phone it went through did not charge me, but then it kept canceling my order right after I pressed the selection, then my phone didn’t work at all. I would pick it up to try to front desk and it would constantly say busy signal went to the front he was not on the phone, so something was wrong with the sweet downstairs to the lef

Location Double charged me a refused to refund. Wouldn’t even speak to me about it. I had to cancel my cc and dispute with the bank.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to the rams head and the power plant. The walk was mostly well lit, there was only one or two spots that I felt a little dicey. But it's also Baltimore..... It smelled like cigarettes. It was a budget hotel, but was still more expensive than it should have been.

Close to the inner harbor Wasn’t very clean. Leaking roof in the hallways. Only one elevator. The breakfast was less than appealing. It took forever for more food to come out and when it did, the sausage was still cold like it hadn’t been properly heated from frozen

The facility needs some serious remodeling. It reminded me of my college dorm and I went to college a long, long time ago. I checked in at 11.30pm and was given a key that didn't work. I went back down to the front desk and was given another key that didn't work. On the third trip back to my room, the front desk clerk used a handheld device to let me in the room, but I still did not have a key. The room was very humid and sticky. The air conditioner was very loud. The smoke detector was chirping once or twice per hour. Breakfast is supposed to be available from 7 - 10am, but when I showed up at 9.15, there was no coffee, no toast, no yogurt, no waffle mix and no eggs. At that point, I could not wait to leave. I went to the front desk to ask for a room key. Again, I was given a key that did not work. I went back down to the front desk to get another key. Unfortunately, I had to stand in the lobby for 10-15 minutes because there was no one there. When the front desk clerk returned, he was very apologetic. He called for the maintenance tech and that employee let me in the room.

Room key card kept malfunctioning. Cable tv out most of the stay.

Comfortable bed and ok location Paid extra for jacuzzi room and the hot water did not work for it. Was told I’d be given a partial refund and never saw it

The location is pretty convenient. Parking is a challenge, especially for non-compact cars. Breakfast had relatively few choices, with the most appetizing thing being the make-your-own waffles.
-
Beds were comfortable. Room had a smell. The parking lot and location were a bit scary.
-
Nothing after viewing 2 rooms, I got my money back and did not stay. The rooms were old and musty. Carpet and chairs dirty. Bedding were dingy looking.
