The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and staffed with very friendly helpful ladies. The only “glitch” was house keeping knocking on doors offering service and vacuuming the hallway before 9 am.

The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean with an unusual layout. Very little space around the beds but lots of entry space and closet nook. The sofa bed is just a twin sized pullout trundle. It was nice that the sink is outside the shower/toilet room so that 2 people can be getting ready at the same time. Our biggest issue was the air circulation: the a/c was VERY loud and cold when it was running but within minutes of it turning off, the room was unbearably hot again. It made for a rough night of sleep. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. No fresh fruit besides bananas, no muffins, and no waffle batter even though there were 2 waffle irons. We won’t be back.

Room was very comfortable, and the staff were professional and friendly. My go to hotel to stay for work.

The king bed was the most comfortable beds ive ever slept on. Very pricey for one night

This is a quiet and convenient location and near a TON of stuff. Always clean, comfortable and safe. I wish the pillows were a little more comfortable otherwise nothing is wrong there

The property was nice. The room was a little outdated the rug was frayed and looked to be bare in one spot. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The room was huge we had 2 queens/double with a pull out couch which we paid for but still huge. The dollar amount spent did not make up for the uncomfortable beds though. Breakfast was great in the morning and staff was very friendly.

A great stay with very helpful staff.

Very, very expensive for a dirty room. I pulled a HUGE glob of someone else's black hair off the drain before using it. It was disgusting. It was the first thing you can notice when turning on the faucet no way a cleaning person could miss that-it had to be intestinally left it was sitting on top of the drain and much of it hanging into the drain. I left stuffed up the quality of the air felt dirty. Its too bad because we booked off Hotels.com they gave us the worst old room. I have stayed there in the past booking directly and had a nice new room. To save a couple dollars off this app I feel they treat you disrespectful that way.

Wonderful breakfast and pool.

The room was massive, clean and well looked after. The pool was a little small but did the job, there is no longer a hot tub but this is explained by the staff at any opportunity. Breakfast was great buffet where the hot food changed slightly daily but was always plenty of bread, waffles, coffee, tea etc all available including a bowl of fresh fruit. Reception staff were really friendly and the little shop was great with soft drinks and snacks available 24 hours

Nice hotel. Big rooms

Our initial room was not great, wall paper peeling off, holes in the carpet and the shower didn’t work. After speaking with the front desk they did quickly give us an upgraded room which was much cleaner. The staff was great, and breakfast was good as well.

Everything was perfect from the time we checked in until check out. Highly recommend.

Convenient, clean

We traveled with our family and had no complaints. It was clean, they had a pack and play ready for us in the room. The kids loved the pool and the yummy breakfast! The staff loved them and treated them to a cookie when we arrived.
