there was no running water on premises, they had sent us a under the door note midnight the night before that there’ll be no hot water but next day we had no water at all hot or cold. When I called the front desk, they were very rude and told me there’s nothing they can do,(they could have told me when I reserved or sent an email few days before so I can change my mind if I want or at least provided me with a few bottles of water to use washing my teeth, face, basic hygiene, I had a meeting in Bangor Maine that is why I was there and I had to miss it . They didn’t offer any concessions., Rude, rude

This is a very nice hotel in Bangor. We were only there over night but would stay again.

One of our favorite places to stay in Bangor. We attempted to check in at 330 but our room wasn’t ready. We were able to check in at bout 350.

Everything other than the mattress was excellent. The mattress wasn't "bad" it just didn't feel as supportive as I would have liked.

Clean, spacious and comfortable! Hotel had Irish pub inside so didn’t have to travel for food and drinks. Very nice.

The restaurant wasn’t good.. the special stated pulled pork and ended up being pork ribs that were tough.

We received an amazing welcome from the staff. A surprise was in our room, it was our 48Th wedding anniversary. There was a bottle of champagne (chilled) & 2 beautiful glasses. With a thank you note for choosing The Hilton. Added bonus Hilton wished us a Happy Anniversary.
