Great staff. Hotel is great for a night. We got room with kitchenette and it was perfect for our family. Located around a ton of restaurants and shops we were pleased. Great but typical hot breakfast. Heather ar check in was GREAT

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were excellent. The room was quite musty smelling, however.

The location was good and the staff were really friendly but the carpet in the room felt like a damp sponge. This wasn’t just in one spot, it was the entire carpet. The room smelt musky as well. For that reason I would not return and would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and polite. Our room was the issue. One of the outlets did not have any cover on it, the water didn't turn off all the way in the shower and the freezer looked like it had mold in it and the top was covered in ice (should have been defrosted). We felt that the breakfast was mediocre. My husband went to make me a waffle and there was a slimy substance in the mix. Besides all of the things I listed I would rate it 3.

When we arrived NO HOT WATER and the desk clerk said we would get a discount in the morning when we check out HAVE STILL NOT GOT IT a week later. The breakfast was good but not hot at all. The room was very clean and enjoyable. The menu on the TV was not very good it only said next to over have of the channels "previous scheduall" so had to go each channel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was fine, but quite small… but tgat was to be expected. No hot water for shower, but they kindly refunded us $60. However, it was pet friendly for $25… very reasonable cost. And room smelled slightly of stale smoke. But again…staff very nice and helpful! (One more thing… one staff member was semi-sprawled out on the sofa in lobby, looking at her phone… not a good look.

During our stay there was no hot water in the entire hotel and after reporting it to the front desk we received a partial refund for our stay. Things happen and they were friendly and quick to offer a refund. The room needed some maintenance. The bathroom door was so squeaky that the noise woke everyone else when I had to go in the middle of the night. I took a cold shower but the shower/tub function didn’t work properly, the hair dryer didn’t work and we had trouble with our room keys also. The breakfast room was extremely tiny and was difficult to get our food. We sat at a table but were getting bumped by each person trying to squeeze by to get their breakfast too. Next time I would choose to take my breakfast back to my room to eat. Overall it was fine. The price was low and I would stay again but would check my room amenities upon check in instead of realizing before checkout that things were broken.
