Such a cute place to stay! Central to just about anything, cozy rooms and fun garden bar!

Location to downtown is perfect. Old charm to place was nice. Breakfast not great. Noise in morning not hood, especially with floors above us. Music on the lawn very nice.

The entertainment on front lawn was great. Staff was amazing Only critique would be better lighting in our room.

Fantastic location Music daily. The only problem with this fabulous place is there was no Kleenex in the room. That was not a big deal but just something to note.

Such a cute inn. Gorgeous outside area with a bar and a lot of seating. Good breakfast. Nice and comfortable room.

Beautiful inn with a very relaxing and vibrant front lawn depending on when you sit out - quiet and relaxing in the morning for coffee and delicious muffins, etc., complimentary of the inn or after 5pm when the fire pits are lit and then vibrant and festive during the live music sessions 12-5pm daily. Our room was very pretty although dimly lit. Ladies bring a makeup mirror with lighting if that’s important. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The temperature of our room was hard to adjust. The room above us was very noisy, which may be normal in all inns - this was our first stay in an inn, and the front door was loud when not softly closed but our room was right next to it. I would recommend staying here due to its central location and being easily accessible to the harbor and downtown. I’d just recommend asking for help with the thermostat settings, bring a light-up makeup mirror, and choose a top-floor room. Beautiful unique place to stay!

The room was great, the front desk and other staff extra friendly and the evening out front by the fire was just wonderful. Thanks for a fantastic start to our Acadia vacation!!

But ours was somewhat clean, the carpet was dirty, water was dripping from the fan in the bathroom, we informed but nothing was done. The cleaning persons did not come to make the room or change some towels. The breakfast was really poor and the personal was not very welcoming, it was hard to identify the reception desk. It seem to us that the personal was not interested in their job except maybe one. The parking was perfect, close and easy to find.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Ivy Manor. The Inn is clean and comfortable. You really can't beat the location. We were able to walk to pretty much everything, and the nearby Island Explorer stop is perfect for things that are a little further away. There are tons of great shops and restaurants all around the Inn. A parking spot is included with the room which is a godsend !(parking is neither easy to find or cheap in Bar Harbor). We loved the grab and go breakfast and the daily entertainment out front. It's nice to be able to have a drink and hear live music in a comfy Adirondack chair after a day of sightseeing. Patrice in housekeeping was so pleasant every day we saw her. My only slight negative on the room is it was kind of small. There really isn't a lot of space to hang or store your clothes. 1 or 2 night's you'll be fine, but on a longer stay, you'll need to get creative with that. Otherwise, it's a special place that we'll definitely visit again.

The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The outdoor patio space was a definite plus. The only thing we didn’t like was there wasn’t very much water pressure in the shower. The bathtub and sink and great pressure. But the shower was terrible. Also, our remote wouldn’t turn our tv off, not sure what that was about. Overall this place was excellent and I would definitely recommend.

Ivy Manor Inn was conveniently located to Acadia National Park as well as walking distance for all things in Bar Harbor. Beautiful Inn with amazing staff! I would highly recommend this for a Bar Harbor or Acadia stay. So many great restaurants in Bar Harbor.
