Do yourself a favor and stay here! The rooms were clean and bright. The location at the end of Main Street is perfect. Easy walk to eat dinner, get ice cream, or shop at the many cute shops! Very close to Acadia National Park. The lobby has free coffee, hot cocoa, hot cider, water, and lots of snacks! Friendly and reasonable. We would most definitely stay here again.

Staff were great. Having 24 hr access to coffee/tea and snacks was wonderful. Bonus was the blueberry coffee :). No frills but perfect location for exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia.

Our room was a King room next to the office. It was very clean, the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the walk from our hotel to downtown. If you are planning on walking from the hotel to the harbor and have any mobility issues, please note it is a bit of walk and should plan accordingly. The snacks, water and fresh coffee in the office was very convenient. Not to mention the coffee was really good. Even though there was not a "breakfast", there was fruit, oatmeal and snack bars available at all times along with the water and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

They have a wonderful area in the office for coffee, fruit, snacks, yogurt, the business next store has breakfast, like cafeteria style, it's OK, hotel employees were very, very nice and accommodating The rain, lol

Rooms a bit dated but very clean.

Friendly and great location. Nice amenities and ample parking. Only issue was noise suppression. You could hear the shower loudly above our room.

Location, location, location! Great location in the heart of Bar Harbor. The hotel staff is top notch, friendly, and very helpful! The hotel is older but if you’re looking for a great location this is it.

Very well maintained and clean “old school” motel located on the end of the main commercial street, a short and pleasant walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would stay here again.

It was walkable to everything and had private parking! Which was a plus. The staff was great! It was at the end of the downtown area which again, still walkable to everything just about a 15min walk to the port. I think it was still a little pricey but, a little more reasonable than the ones by the water or in middle of downtown.
