Highly recommended if you plan to visit Acadia NP. Restroom sinks should have some shelves or vanity for washing items

The property was very nice. Very convenient to restaurants, shops, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was always great with a good variety. Rob and his assistant attended to all of our needs. Parts of the property (mainly exterior) could use a little more attention.

Room was bigger than the pictures do it justice. The staff was super nice and very attentive to how our experience was going.
-
Quaint, well maintained, very responsive staff. Very convenient location with plenty of parking. Snacks and breakfast were good. A little dated.

Annes white columns was the most perfect stay for me and my boyfriend. The inn has a very comforting, grandmas' house feel to it. Its very quiet and cozy in there. We liked how tea was available to be made 24/7. It is in the most perfect location- we walked to all of our dining reservations in town. The place feels clean, and the service was consistent and great.

Anne and her staff were very hospitable. Made the stay feel like home. If there was a problem, they were on it asap. Loved the cookies and the breakfast.
-
Centrally located, great host, beautiful porch, and very good breakfast. Loved the cookies! Our room was a bit too small
-
Beautiful gardens, plenty of parking, excellent location, bed was comfortable. Delicious breakfast and cookies, cheese and crackers were nice. Room was a little dated, no closet, bathroom was on the small side.

Great B&B in excellent location.

We loved this place! CONVENIENT - super quick walk to the harbor, shops and restaurants which was nice because parking is a challenge in town but you can park at the property during your stay. PAMPERING - There is always coffee/tea in the lobby and it was nice to have afternoon snacks and wine while enjoying the rocking chairs on the grand porch out front. CLEAN - Immaculately clean. I don't know what they used, but our room had the most wonderful scent and it was the same every time we walked in and out. PRIVATE BALCONY - We loved our balcony and enjoyed it morning and night. It overlooked the pretty garden/courtyard. The beautiful weather didn't hurt either! BREAKFAST - We loved the variety each day with a new featured menu item and always fresh baked bread items. STAFF - So friendly and helpful. THIS PLACE IS A GEM!
-
Location Security. The front doors are locked when staff leave and the back door open for guests. Literally everytime we went to come or go the back door was OPEN. I suggest you put a code lock on the back door for guests to use

Highly recommend.

The location is totally convenient to shopping, dining and the Acadia Park loop and Cadillac Mountain. The property itself and furnishings are dated and need some maintenance. There’s someone on staff only part of the day/evening.

Anne’s White Columns Inn is a beautiful property to stay at while visiting Bar Harbor. The inn is very quiet and within walking distance to restaurants and shops and just a brief drive from Acadia. Very nice people, yummy breakfast, and some snacking opportunities throughout the day! Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Owner is amazing and is trying to create a community situation for those who are staying there. He cares about how you enjoy your stay, your breakfast, and overall time. Full of antiques and makes it seem like you’re like back in time. 10/10 exeperience Nothing it’s truly amazing!!
