The staff was great. The location is right in easy walking in Bar Harbor.

Location- only a short walk to downtown. Delicious brekkie!! Convenient parking on site. Nothing at all.

This felt like visiting family at a really cool place! Breakfast was exceptional each day and the service is great. You simply sit and the food is served. We were fortunate enough to be there for sole cinnamon French toast and a super fluffy quiche. You are short walking distance to all things Bar Harbor. No need for a car if spending your time in town. Rooms are what you expect at a nice B&B. Good size and with a unique personality. We will absolutely stay here next time we visit the area! The parking is free and a great amenity. That said, not paved which can make it difficult to roll heavy bags. That said, we simply unloaded bags through the front check in which was easy.

Best I can honestly say was the location, other than that nothing special at all

The outside flowers and plants are beautiful The location downtown is good The proximity to Acadia is excellent The breakfasts lacked appeal. There was nothing that stood out. A musty smell noticeable on entering front door The rooms are small with little shelf space in bathroom Room has not been updated in years Shower pressure good some days and other days felt like a sprinkler. Mold in and around shower caulking and a rusty toilet paper holder

Breakfast was excellent! The chef made unique tasty dishes & also addressed our dietary needs. The evening wine & cookies was so relaxing. We met wonderful people at both breakfast & afternoon wine.

Excellent location!! Walking distance from the main town drive. Easy to get to and exit. uiet location. Very private.

Superb

We enjoyed the comfort and location. We walked to to the shops and restaurants. On site parking was great to have. The room was very nice and we had a balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Coffee available at all times was a nice addition. The Inn is a 10-12 minute drive to Acadia National Park which we visited more than once. The owners were on site and very nice to speak with.

Very cozy and clean. Robert is very friendly and hospitable. The location is good. After hiking Acadia NP, you can enjoy the food and shopping around Bar Harbor and view the sights all in walking distance. Coming back to the hotel with a nice shower (full strength of water) and a comfortable bed. Highly recommended if you plan to visit Acadia NP. The property was very nice. Very convenient to restaurants, shops, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was always great with a good variety. Rob and his assistant attended to all of our needs. Parts of the property (mainly exterior) could use a little more attention.

Room was bigger than the pictures do it justice. The staff was super nice and very attentive to how our experience was going.
