Awesome little place to stay. Very clean and staff was very helpful. Loaned us 2 umbrellas during our stay. Very close to Main Street.

A small, reasonably priced (for Bar Harbor) hotel that is within walking distance to restaurants and the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. Rooms aren't the largest, but they're well kept, comfortable, and clean - and if you're there to visit Acadia and other spots on Mt. Desert Island, it's more than sufficient, especially for 2 (can't comment on travelling as a larger party). A beautifully maintained front garden, updated porch decking, and other telltale signs all indicate a property that is cared for with pride by the proprietors. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bar Harbor and Acadia.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Room was very clean and the location was great for walking to restaurants and marina area. Had a nice sitting area out front as well. Would definitely come back!

This is a great small hotel. Really nice clean rooms the parking is very good which is appreciated seeing everyone to park downtown and never having to worry about that. Very safe as well and the location is less than a 5 minute walk to downtown. The ladies that work at the front desk are so helpful with anything you need and recommended to places to eat that were very good. I would for sure stay here anytime I came back. Easy access to the park as well.

The perfect place to stay in Bar Harbor! Super clean, and walking distance to everything in town.

Room was clean and refreshed daily. Quiet at night. Parking was free and easily accessible, just outside the room. It was nice for us personally that the spots accommodated a large vehicle without any issue. Just outside the rooms was a nice porch with chairs, great for booking rooms adjacent to friends. Staff was super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Many walkable options. Great for a stay with friends or families and was kid-friendly. Other perks were great AC/heating unit, in-room mini fridge, communal coffee and water refill station just steps from the room.

The place is run with great care, and you can feel that in every detail. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that feels personal and warm. I would happily stay here again.
