The room was bare bones and way too expensive for what it was as. No plastic cups even though an empty ice bucket was evident. We could not figure out how to operate the TV.

Rooms could use a IT update. Bathroom was need of paint. Bathroom door was in rough shape.

Location The motel must have been sold about 3 or so years ago because the rates suddenly went through the roof. It used to be quite reasonable for the great location. This time, the paneling in the room was scratched up and the shower drained REALLY slowly- so slowly that we decided not to use it the last night.

The location and staff are wonderful. Nothing to complain about. Its an older hotel but at a great price.

Least expensive in area. Old, dirty, run down. Adequate for one night stay. Shower did not drain ended up standing in water up to my ankles.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable 3 nite stay . We could take a 10 minute walk to Main Street Bar Harbor and enjoy all the fun shops and restaurants! Acadia National Park was about a 5 mile drive ! Nothing !

Location location location! Motel is easy walking distance to shops & restaurants and to e-bike rental for Acadia. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Beds were horrible, mattresses should be replaced. Items in the bathroom were rusty.

Really nice motel just outside the downtown area but only a 2 block walk.

Staff is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful property with easy access to downtown!

Very clean. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and harbor. Staff was VERY helpful. My only suggestions is to put a handrail to help feel safer getting out of the shower.

This motel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and it was really close to everything in Bar Harbor. You can walk to everything. It is not fancy but very nice stay.

Room size good but bathroom was incredibly small. Tub didn’t drain. Seemed very overpriced for what we got but it’s Bar Harbor.
