Beautiful rooms along with common areas. Breakfast each day was above and beyond. Staff was more than helpful

What a great spot in Bar Harbor. Incredible location within walking distance of all Bar Harbor has the offer, but tucked away on a beautiful side street. The staff were AMAZING, and offered to make us breakfast sandwiches each morning for our hikes. Highly recommend a stay here!

The hotel is very well situated for walking into Bar Harbor. Very quiet, residential street with its own parking. The staff are very helpful and the cakes are delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at Hearthside Inn! The location was perfect for walking to downtown shops and restaurants. The room was very clean, the bedding was super comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious each morning. Friendly staff and a wonderful overall experience — would definitely stay again!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was fine (bathroom a little small). Breakfast and snacks were top notch. Location was convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was so quaint, clean and beautiful. We have never stayed in a BnB before and we are converts now. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE and afternoon tea was delightful. Parking was included, which is really nice since everywhere is walkable. I highly recommend you stay!

Everyone was very welcoming, the food was amazing (two of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had) and there was lots of information on things to do in the local area! Nothing!

Breakfast was a delight. Coffee could use improvement, too weak and a bit tepid. I highly recommend this property with a generous and caring owner.

Would be helpful to have a fan/dehumidifier in the detached bathroom. Lovely place to stay!

Everything about Hearthside Inn was exceptional. The breakfast, afternoon tea, accommodations, and location were all excellent, and best of all was the amazing staff.

What did I like about Hearthside Inn? A shorter question to answer would be what didn't I like? EVERYTHING about this place: communication prior to check, Location, friendly/helpful staff, room (including bedding, TV, internet) and don't even ask me about the breakfast...was AMAZING. There was a small outdoor area and a main floor shared space with comfy sofa and fireplace. All guest rooms are on second or third floor and there is no elevator. The breakfast in the morning was customized to each guests liking by the chef on staff and there were always homemade cookies in lobby. I only wish I lived closer so we could stay at Hearthside Inn more often when visiting Bar Harbor. NOTHING.

The breakfast was beautiful and tasty. To get to our room were too many stairs.

This B&B more than exceeded our expectations based on reviews. It’s a lovingly restored old home converted into a delightful B&B experience. Juliana, the manager, was a gracious hostess & a great source of local information. Catherine, who checked us in, couldn’t have been kinder & was spot on with her restaurant recommendations. Specifically, Galyn’s where we had a delicious dinner one evening. Maygan’s afternoon tea treats & breakfasts both mornings were artfully presented & delicious as well. If we’re ever in Bar Harbor again, this will be our go to place. A big thank you to the staff for making sure our stay was a lovely experience! ?Glenda & Jack Nothing!

The room was clean and cute. The breakfast was the best. Inn owner was pleasant and social .can't wait to go back next year
