The room was clean and the bedding was extra comfortable. I loved the indoor pool and the spa. I will definitely be staying there again.

Our stay was ok. Started out rough though because at check in we were charging an additional $100 that we were not told about when booking through Hotels.com. Staff at breakfast don't seem very happy with their job and we're kind of grumpy. Our room was decent. The hot tub jets didn't work. We stayed in the executive suite. Bathroom could use some TLC. Bottom outside corners of the shower seemed a little rusted. Lastly I couldn't sleep more than 5 hours on the bed with my back hurting like crazy.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I wish they had free breakfast. They charged $11 per guest so we ate elsewhere.

We had to go to the lobby three days of our stay to get clean towels, coffee and cups. Only one day the cleaning staff stopped at our room to see if we needed anything. Only another day, we caught the cleaning staff in the hall to have them get our used towels and seek fresh towels. I was told they had been to our room and the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. We had been out and just returned to our room. There wasn’t a DND was not on the door while we were out.
