Always friendly, clean and convenient to where I was ultimately traveling to. All good.

Everything wonderful

The hotel was very safe and convenient! Location was optimal for my young family by being close to the mall and other attractions without being downtown. Staff were very informative regarding amenities and schedules. Facilities were clean and lovely, but the beds were much firmer than expected for the level of luxury exhibited by the rest of the venue. Also, $12 per person for continental breakfast seems much too high to give it a chance.

All right. No coffee station the morning. You had to wait for the restaurant to open. Lots of people looking for coffee - main elevator was shit down

Elevator was broke down
-
This room was dark and I slept til 7:50 am! This was a wonderful nights sleep!

Pleasant staff, newly remodeled. Main elevators broken, so we used slower back elevator. Pool and gym are nice! State of cleanliness not super great during our stay, but maybe it’s because the main elevators being down delayed the staff in cleaning.

Very nice place to stay. We love the hotel.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Elevators down. No water in public bathrooms. I understand it was caused by rowdy guests and no fault of hotel.

I liked that there was room service available at a decent price. There is no free breakfast. The rooms were not clean, The hot tub was broken, and I’m pretty sure the pool water made my kids have vomiting and diarrhea. The view was of a strip club and cannabis store, which was funny to me but honestly for $249 a night all this combined is ridiculous. The beds suck too. Just an ok hotel but the price in comparison to the level of dirtiness and half working amenities is why I gave them this score.

Water damage and main elevator was out. As a handicapped person it was not convenient.

Check in was great and appreciated the young pregnant lady who checked me in. She informed me the two elevators for customers to us was down. And would have to use the freight elevator. The hotel was packed. My first night was interrupted many times by people talking loud and slamming doors. I was put on the 5th floor and as a senior citizen I thought I better try the stairs. If there was a fire it would be tragic and many lives at stake including mine. Found out the elevators will be out of order for 12 weeks. I left the next morning very tired from noisy people being inconsiderate of others.

This was absolutely a disaster. After driving through the night I arrived at 5 am to a hotel I booked a week in advance that had no power. The place was under construction and was told that my room was on the 4th floor. I was told they knew the hotel would be under construction during the week prior and was not informed. I was then told that there was nothing they could do. Then after being in tears tired and irate they informed me that I could go to Hampton inn a hotel they work with and the room would be covered. When I got there I was told that was not the case. I went back to the delta to tell them and was told they did not have authority to do so. I asked for the manager to call me the next day and that never happened. I was told by her that they did not have phones…. But I was able to call the hotel. When I was called at 8am the next day when I was finally able to get some sleep I was treated horribly after everything was said and done. They did refund my money but that did nothing the no sleep no place to stay and shower as I was in town for my sons graduation. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. I should have been informed and arrangements should have either been made for me or an opportunity for me to make other arrangements. I will be contacting Marriott corporate regarding this matter. I do not recommend it to anyone

We did not eat breakfast there. There was a room called the pantry however since we were not platinum or elite "members" we were not allowed in. Flaunting platinum and elite perks in front of other non member guest. Is my stay not as important as your membered guest?

We paid $205 just to have 1 relaxing day/night away from our kids. We wanted to swim and get in the hot tub. We were completely unaware that there would be 2 travel baseball teams AND 2 weddings going on there at the time. Meaning the pool area was completely full of kids the entire time and we didn’t get a chance to get it at all. We tried again to go down to the pool area and get into the hot tub during the last 20 minutes it was open, hoping that it would be cleared out by then. There was still kids and the hot tub water was overflowing and cold. Very very disappointing and huge waste of money.

Bar was nice.

The hotel and staff itself were good and fine. The stay was horrible. The fire alarm went off, police were called, people were rowdy and upset, and we were forced out of our room twice. My anxiety was so high, and I was stressed at whether or not we should stay or go. And IF we had left WHERE would we have gone. 5 State troopers had to show up, and a fire truck with the lights flashing were right outside my window. The stay was horrible. In the end, I was so exhausted from my anxiety and the events that we chose to stay but we did not rest well.
