Room was perfectly acceptable just could tell it was poorly maintained paint wise, carpet was stained, outdated bathroom including a trashy shampoo/conditioner dispenser that had empty bottle in it. I want to preface how sweet the staff is. They were extremely helpful and thats what redeemed the stay. Would not recommend unless there was some serious standards improvements.

Floor was dirty, shower wouldn't work, no ice bucket, breakfast was to be included but there was none, dogs around us barking all night, pillow were terrible and mine had a rip in it, then couldn't find the TV control. Very noisy location. Old building with lots of wear and tear or bad maintenance, not sure. Also, our room was haunted. That's a true fact.

We have traveled with service animals for over ten years and this was our first bad experience. In violation of ADA rules we were given a room in the pet section of the hotel and the room was in very bad shape plus dogs were barking much of the night so we were unable to sleep. We complained to the manager and were told that they had reversed the charge for the room but checking with our credit card company showed us that they lied to us and we were forced to dispute the charges. We strongly suggest that no one use this hotel!

No hot water, paper thin 1990s blanket with cigarette burns, TV remote did not work, dogs next door barked all night.

The staff was outstanding. The front desk is very accommodated. It is a basic no-frills property that is very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff. One called my wife a name and made false accusations about her while i was checking in and she was getting our stuff ready in the car. And they tried to charge my card after I checked out once for $100 and then $50 when the first one didn’t go thru cause I had my card locked.

Please check rooms daily with your stay overs, clean towels and more toilet paper would be nice. Please add scrambled eggs to your breakfast menu.

Nothing The room was dirty and the pool was closed even though I specifically asked over the phone and was told there is one. Well there is but it has a leak and is closed.
