Above and beyond expectations

Aquilla, the breakfast attendant was a wonderful person. Her decorations just made it so cheery. We will be staying in the future.

This place was awesome. Loved everything about it.

Our only concern was that the shower curtain was too short and caused the water to puddle on the floor. That can be a slipping hazard.

I liked the location. The first room we went to smelled so bad we could hardly stand it. They brought a machine and some disinfecting spray but it still was too bad. They switched us to another room. It was better but we could smell it a little. They moved is across the hall.

For a Best Western plus i was a little dissatisfied with the Breakfast , Biscuits were were raw and dough in the middle and I told the staff and really you could tell that they weren't done easily , the gravy wasn't maintained well and the eggs didn't look great very dissatisfied, the night staff was great though room was clean but a little dated but overall ok

The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because the bubbles in the jacuzzi were not working

Breakfast not at all what u see in photos. Hard burnt bisquits, frozen premade dried out over cooked burittos, no fruit choice, didn't see milk available, hardly room to sit anywhere, rooms are not anything extravagant. Our ice containers entire bottom came off in hand sending the whole bucket of ice through the bottom and into the floor. No direction for ice machines, where things are at. No insight easy to find for dining, bars, what's near the area, etc......parking is a walk, pool and spa dirty and looked unkept, etc ... the list goes on and on. Not impressed at all for the price what so ever. Same type of motel 6 people renting rooms, so you're gonna get the same left behind from a motel 6 and hope whoever cleans before you get there to rent your room really did clean. Counter tops in room and all the hardwood floor was gross. Won't stay here again that's for sure. Only plus was the staff was nice. 2 ladies. Otherwise was a total rip off

Everything was a comfortable and easy. Clean room. Obsessed with the accessibility restroom. Jacuzzi shut off switch looks unsafe. Definitely need to be looked at.

Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was adequate and room was clean and well appointed.

Comfortable and pleasant stay for our family trip. Good breakfast, and the kids especially loved the yogurt machine and waffle station. We would stay here again.

Every step that involved interaction with staff, they were always helpful and polite. Rooms comfortable and well-supplied.

The room was okay, pillows were small. Power kept going out on both nightstands on both sides of the bed. Inconvenient when needing a CPAP.

Nice place to.stay and affordable nd well place for our trip but close to highway and lots of noise at night.
