While the room was clean the hotel and area were only fair. We did not like Barstow

The genuineness of the staff (except the kitchen staff). Staff that doesn't speak English/speaks limited English. They're still nice and kind but it's EXTREMELY frustrating and I feel bad for them too. Excellent communication in the hospitality and customer service industry is CRUCIAL.

I loved the maid service ! Very friendly, fast worker ! Very happy I didnt like the front desk guy ! Very rude nv gave receipt for what I paid for ! And I gave a $200 deposit and no receipt for that also !

The A/C was right by the bed, so when it came on in the night it was annoying

The staff were great, the room was large and comfortable The carpet outside (in the hall) of the door was extremely dirty.

The room was clean and comfortable, the hot tub was not really hot just warm we left at 3.30am so no breakfast but tha was our choice. Used the public restroom and there was a cockroach in it that I killed.
