Comfort Suites Barstow near I-15

We reserved an accessible room. Was not what was shown on picture. Not enough room for a wheelchair. The bathroom door was spring loaded and kept closing on my husband with his wheelchair. I had to get up and hold it. The threshold to the bathroom was about 2 inches high with a thick piece of tile. That made it difficult to get over in a wheelchair. when the bathroom door was open couldn’t get buy, there was no room. The shower had no curtain water was everywhere and had mold in the corners. Fitness room was next to us which led to the pool. It was noisy all night and early morning. The air conditioner when reached its cool setting shut off. I had to get up and turn it on over and over. It didn’t kick back on and it was hot. My husband and I didn’t sleep at all. It was a nightmare. Waited about 10 minutes at the front desk before someone came out to check in. It wasn’t even busy at that time.

Great location right off the freeway, clean room and comfortable beds. Front desk is helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was super clean, the staff made me feel right at home, and breakfast hit the spot. The hot tub was a relaxing bonus after a long day. Would definitely stay again.

The room was a bit dirty when we got there and a wall partition was not stabilized so when you leaned on it almost broke. The bed was clean though, and it was comfortable.

We enjoyed our day at the Comfort Suites. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine for a free hotel breakfast. The only negative was the pool was not vacuumed or skimmed. I had to grab the net and clean the leaves and debris from the surface of the pool myself so the kids could swim. I understand that it is hard to keep the pool clean when the wind is blowing but it shouldn't be the guest's job. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Mostly a trucker hotel with some travelers sprinkled in.

Room was clean, facility was clean. Staff friendly. Pool and hot tub was perfect for the weather. Had a great stay

Front desk was kind abs respectful. The breakfast staff was very polite. From was clean.

The only downside was no fan in the bathroom, it made it very warm and foggy after a shower without any way to ventilate. Otherwise it was perfect! Just what we needed for our family of 5 + pup! :)

All was excellent during our second stay within 35 days.

I was traveling with my family. Loved my stay here.this place absolutely met my expectations.

Clean room

The room that we stayed in smelled very bad and overall the property had smell. The odor in the room was of something rotting. I didn't change hotel or room because my kid fell asleep but I couldn't, the smell was unbearable. Make sure to ask for a room that doesnt stink. My stay was not good.

All was great!

Regardless of where the air conditioner temperature was set, it was either scorching hot when the AC was off or freezing cold when it was on and the shower stopper was broken as well as the valve was about to fall off.

Pool equipment is too old and dirty.

Nice and clean. Easy to get to breakfast was good.

The room was clean, especially the beds, and everything worked as expected. It included a microwave and mini fridge, which were convenient for a quick overnight stay. There was also a complimentary breakfast available if you wanted something before getting back on the road. If you’re on a long road trip and simply need a clean, safe place to sleep, shower, and recharge for the night, it gets the job done.

The property is clean, nice and well-maintained. Buffet breakfast is awesome. Staff is very considerate for the request. Looking forward to stay it again.
