Great stay, only thing that would have been really useful is if staff turned on the AC prior to our arrival. It took hours for the room to cool down which led to an uncomfortable sleep. Beds however were comfy and shower had good pressure.

The staff was friendly and very helpful with anything that you needed

We tried for 2 days to cancel by phone directly, because we were on the road. We were NEVER able to connect with a real person to cancel our reservation.

There is a $11.50 parking fee. Although it wasn't stated in Expedia's add and you won't find out until you get your room. Short sidedness on Expedia's part. Yeah...no more fees........

Good deal for the price

Nice clean room and helpful staff. The air conditioner in our room was rather old and took a long time to really cool the room down, but other than that, we liked staying there.

Smoke detector missing. No bed lights. Broken cabinets. Filthy outdoor washer and dryer. Overall, very poorly maintained.

I was passing through Barstow and just needed a clean, convenient room at the last minute. This property filled my needs adequately. Nothing fancy, just a clean, tidy property close to the highway I needed to get on.

Room was clean, but had an old smell to it

It's just a little dump in the middle of the desert where one wouldn't be surprised to be attacked by bed bugs or local vagrant 😏 And all for only $117.⁰⁰ a night. But at least the AC and TV worked, and the toilet flushed. Such blessings are just that.

The room was clean enough, clean white towels and such. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Room was dirty dust and hair on floor, public hair in tub, blood stains on bed spread, microwave was dirty, shower walls had soap scum, shower head barely worked, large gap under door with no sweep. Pillows were nice, and ac worked well but overall for cleanliness 3 out of 10 👎

It took three tries to get a room with sheets on both beds and a working air conditioning unit. The parking lot was full of semi-trailers and I had to park my truck on the public road.

It was nice and convenient. Staff was friendly, air conditioning worked which was great because it was 107 degrees outside and parking was close to the rooms. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast wasn't much. It was only Bagels or Yogurt.

It was ok....it's Barstow...

It had people walking around at night that didn't stay at the hotel. Made me uncomfortable and watchful for my vehicle

Great room. Great price.

The room was not so terrible, but many cockroaches came out and the bathrooms did not look clean.
