It was clean and safe and quiet.

Just an overnight travel stop. Was pleasant and clean. A breakfast is advertised as included. It consists of coffee, yogurt, and bagels essentially in the lobby. It’s enough to get someone going but not as good as most breakfasts at hotels.

Liek the quiet area cozy inside. Update the bathroom a bit more.

We needed a place to spend the night halfway through between San Diego and Las vegas. The location of this hotel was amazing. There are many restaurants around, walmart and the freeway. The room was very clean and quite modern/recently renovated. Breakfast was a bit simple, but for the price i pay it’s nice they give you a coffee and bagels.

They gave us room 9 and we didn’t see any more roaches in that room. I took a shower and then I wanted to watch tv. I tried turning it on several times and it only worked in Spanish. I called the front desk and they didn’t know how to take it off Spanish to change it to English so I couldn’t watch tv. I called the front desk again and they said they didn’t have any person who could fix it. I said that I wanted to check out and get a refund but she couldn’t do that since I paid through Expedia or she would have. She said that the manager would come talk to me in the morning but nobody came to do anything. Also the beds felt worse than laying on the floor. After that I needed a professional massage. I don’t recommend that place to anyone.

There isn't anything to add to this section. I would like a refund for this booking. I discussed it with the manager, Oscar, at the time. Both rooms were infected with cockroaches, they had been smoked in as they smelt of cigarettes. The room next door had a large dog barking. The location didn't feel clean or safe and therefore we did not stay and we had to find alternative accommodation that evening.
