Staff was nice, room was never made up once during the whole week I was there (bed was exactly how I left it every day). The gym was completely unattended to (recumbent bike is broken, no sanitary wipes the whole week, clock broken). And the “award-winning breakfast.” is powdered eggs, greasy premade, omelettes in an oil filled bucket, pancake maker was broken the whole time. Air-conditioning worked. 2/5 is definitely fair for the price.

We have stayed here at least once every year for 10 years. Things are changing for the worse. Carpets are stained in halls and rooms. Plug was not working by the bed so they substituted with a power surge. There are no longer coffee pots in the rooms. That is a very big negative and we will not stay there again because of it. The wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling off and a cockroach visited us and died near the TV. The beds and linens are still exceptional as was the air conditioning and water pressure. Breakfast was very good and the cinnamon rolls are a big plus. In the hotels defense, this was a 12 day road trip with different hotels almost every night. It seems most hotels of a certain age are showing wear and tear. Time for a redo.

Perfect overnight stop as part of a big road trip. Room and amenities as expected from this brand and great bed and pillows for a great sleep. Easy walk to several eating places and a great shopping outlet. Safe and easy parking, good buffet breakfast and would stay again.

Much better than I expected! Spacious, clean rooms, well stocked bathroom and really nice staff. Wish we had time to try out the pool. Would choose it again!

Other observations: he hallway floors were dirty... the back door to the hotel, which is supposed to be locked an accessible by key entry only, was open on our first night there. The bulbs to two different lights in our room flickered for a good 10 minutes before going solid. And worst of all, the Jetsons-like pancake machine in the breakfast area did not work. What a bummer for our 7 yr old.
