Very clean and comfortable room

We found our room very clean and inviting. The front desk staff guys were amazing. The breakfast area was clean. The food was plentiful. The scones were outstanding.

This was second visit to Hampton Inn and plan to return next year. The breakfasts were excellent and the room was comfortable. Housekeeping was the disappointment as there were 3 of us staying and they didn’t leave enough towels nor washcloths unless we went to front desk.

Lots of space in the room, shower had great pressure and stayed a consistent temperature, bed was comfortable, the treadmills worked well breakfast was decent.

We received text asked mg if we needed anything and how our stay was going several times a day which has never happened to me before. I thought it was awesome and caring.

Everything was great except Saturday evening around 9:30 or 10PM we stopped at the front desk to get more towels and washcloths as housekeeping did not give us any clean ones when they cleaned our room. We were told by the guy at the front desk, that they did not have any clean washcloths and he could possibly go in the back and find some. I asked how are we supposed to take a shower in morning? He said I understand but I’m not housekeeping. We were given three big towels but no washcloths. About 20 minutes later the guy brought up 2 washcloths. How in the heck does a hotel not have extra washcloths for rooms. Especially knowing it is a big festival weekend!! This was frustrating.

I love walking into my room and seeing my name on the TV. It's so welcoming. I really like that I got to pick my room and floor. Breakfast was great, the pool was refreshing, and the staff were always smiling. 5 🌟 in my opinion.
