It was ok for the location. Inside pool was freezing.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating in getting a room change for us I would definitely stay there again

I’m from a much larger city and was pleasantly surprised by the property

I have been booking hotels on here for almost a decade but have to say this is the FIRST time I have EVER received a room based on the fact that I booked a room on here. When I checked on they actually refused to use the card I booked the room with (a FIRST, since I have ALWAYS had to present the card I used to book the room). They told me it was a “virtual” card despite me holding it in my hand? It was my dedicated travel account. So I had to scramble to dig out a card I hoped had money on it since I purposely make sure my travel acct has my travel funds on it. It was a physical card. I have never had a hotel do that, including no other Holiday Inn. Then, they put us downstairs next to the kitchen and noise and smells. Woke up to the smells of the kitchen, had someone trying to get into our room (wrong room apparently) after my special needs child had fallen asleep and it was after midnight. There were insects the size of my little finger in our bathroom. Not sure what they were but nearly made me yelp. But the worst was when checking in the rep literally said “it’s because you used hotels.com to check in”. Seriously? So they booked our room and treated us that way all bc we went thru this site? We won’t stay with them again. I had the option to stay with someone cheaper but we splurged to stay here as a gift to my son who’s been in the hospital nearly a week. It was his one request. And they ruined it for us. Never again. Will still with our faves.

The room wasn't clean, the room smelled like cigarettes, and the toilet was messed up. Whenever the toilet was used, I had to remove the top, so that I could stop the toilet from running. When we took showers, we had to shower in ankle deep water, the drain was clogged with something. The room did not feel clean and the mattresses were very firm. I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the room.

Location. Friendliness. Comfort. Air Conditioning. Space. Bathroom Cleanliness. Staff. Parking. Nothing.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Only complaint would be that there was so much chemicals in the pool and hot tub that it actually bleached out my swimsuit.

Clean room. Comfy beds Upon check in, the man at the desk seemed snooty and didn’t seem to wanna answer any questions or talk to me Next morning before 10am. I hear someone trying to access my room with a card. So I go to see who it is and it’s 2 lady workers. I asked “can I help you?” And all they said was “oh our apologies” and walked off. Seemed odd. And shortly after the house cleaning lady before 10 am, came and was trying to enter the room. Never asked if anyone was in there or not. Felt very uncomfortable for my wife and I that these people kept trying to enter our room so early in the morning without knocking or anything.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean , bed comfortable. Was very satisfied with my stay.

Quite and friendly atmosphere. Very clean, Definitely would go back.

Clean room

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The floor in our room is sunken in the center. It made the wardrobe shake walking across the area. I wish that I had a long level with me to check for accuracy but I am certain there at least a 1.5 inch dip in the center of the room, across floor and then back up to the window.

the young man who checked us in was very kind and respectful clean hotel ,great breakfast best I've had honestly and I stay at many hotel's, im also a manager for 15 + in hospitality, everything ya need in the gift shop and i can say they have great staff and i will be back.. no complaints looking forward to my next stay.

This hotel has went way down hill for cleanliness and renovations. First didn't get room I reserved 2 to 3 months in advance with the jet tub. Second didn't get a notification of any kind that the room was flooded and not available. Breakfast was already being took down 30 minutes before it was scheduled to. There wasn't any towels in pool area, if I wouldn't have brought my own I wouldn't have had any towels for pool. None of tv had streaming ability. The elevator makes a grinding sound on the 2nd floor has for years now with no repairs.
