Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The floor in our room is sunken in the center. It made the wardrobe shake walking across the area. I wish that I had a long level with me to check for accuracy but I am certain there at least a 1.5 inch dip in the center of the room, across floor and then back up to the window.

This hotel has went way down hill for cleanliness and renovations. First didn't get room I reserved 2 to 3 months in advance with the jet tub. Second didn't get a notification of any kind that the room was flooded and not available. Breakfast was already being took down 30 minutes before it was scheduled to. There wasn't any towels in pool area, if I wouldn't have brought my own I wouldn't have had any towels for pool. None of tv had streaming ability. The elevator makes a grinding sound on the 2nd floor has for years now with no repairs.

Everything was great, we got a room with a sofa bed, and unfortunately that was super uncomfortable but other than that everything was great

The breakfast was excellent. Only problems were a spot of old gum in the carpet between the beds and the shower was installed incorrectly. Hot and cold supply lines were reversed.

Was very well kept all the way threw we been here few times always love to come back . Staff are always helpful an very kind we will be back in the funture

This was by far the worst stay! The people above us were constantly walking back and forth, and we could hear every single step. Absolutely not worth the money!!

Facility has been remodeled. Remodeling in bathroom is sloppy work. The beds are fabulous. Kind of high for older folk and short people though. See above.

Very clean, friendly staff, and the breakfast was amazing!! It was a pretty hotel with great views of some pretty Arkansas hillls. Highly recommended, I would book here again.
