Water pressure could have been better and they need more towels

The toile was tiny and it had a replacement lid, problem was they used one for an elongated toilet and it was round. The shower was spraying water on the wall, when fitting is broken

Our room was very out dated and dirty. There were holes in ceilings. The shower bottom was gross and I wouldn’t even use the shower. I only stayed cause I need to sleep after traveling all day

Average stay nothing special

Had reservations for weeks but when we got there to check in they said they were full and we had no room available. NEVER coming back!!!

Air conditioner was off when I checked in it was hot as all get out. There was hardly anything for Continental breakfast. Takes a week to get a refund if you cancel. Way over priced for what it is. Workers seemed rude. And very blah.

When we checked in we were told the hotel was overbooked and we couldn’t get our reserved room but were given another room, which was not good. However the next day the onsite manager was able to get us into a room similar to what we had booked. She was understanding and very helpful.

When checking in, I asked for the two rooms to be close to one another. I was told sorry, but no. Upon entering the room, it had a severe moldy and smoke smell. The one room had no shower curtain where the other had a leaking fridge.

It was probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. The shower was absolutely disgusting.

It was great.,, Not.., got their and they told us they were overbooked and didn't have a room for my family . And was No help at all finding an alternative .

We had to leave the room early and didn’t even stay due to roaches we went to desk and let them know they asked what room and said thanks for letting us know didn’t offer a refund or anything else. Also no door on bathroom and no head board only 2 pillows on the whole bed.

The window was messed up and not secured! Had to wedge a bar to secure it!

There was no breakfast available besides a waffle maker. The staff said there was nothing else. And very rude. The bed was very hard I tossed and turned all night it wasn't comfortable at all.

I paid for a king room and got a full size bed I was told breakfast was omelettes and waffles and muffins The omelets were frozen in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator next to the yogurt The apple juice was old the muffins in a package were stale three pillows for two people on a full size bed one pillow was considered half a pillow as it was not there The room was filthy floor was sticky or tiles were coming up the shower was dirty nasty had dirt ring around it stay two nights and didn't change our towels out and also there was no TV remote in the room ask the front desk girl she gave me another remote and all it did was power on and power off the TV could not flip channels The side door to the building key access did not work had to walk around around the building to get in The phone room did not work The hallway smelt like pee when you walked down to get to your room door and the inside of the room every time we exited and entered it smelled like mildew there's black mildew sleeping through the ceiling in the bathroom will never stay there again. Do not recommend worst super 8 I've ever stayed at

Jared at the front desk was amazing. Helped us in anyway he could.

Terrible. Very run down and in disrepair. Entire build smells of smoke. We had to go to another hotel.
